This is an extremely large shopping center where there used to be a Kung Fu Tea and I'm not sure why it's not still here. It will certainly be missed even though they weren't so friendly to me. There's a ton of other businesses here including some good food, and it can be a good late-night hang out spot for various reasons. I like the plaza and it's fairly easy to get to, way out in the beautiful woodlands of Ellicott City.

It's great for people watching, catching a bite and/ or doing some grocery shopping. The grounds are well kept w plenty of outdoor seating as well as plenty of parking. Very appealing to the eye. I look forward to returning back to continue to support the businesses that call this shopping center home :)

The young man ho helped me with my return ( a drss that is full of sequins) he was so nice but sadly i didn't get his name. Also shoutout to Naya! She was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Very agreeable and so very nice! She checked us out since we purchased new items from the store. She had such a great aura to her that she was so lovely and it made my night, especially it is almost closing and she still had a lot of energy i love that for her!

Ive never had any issues coming to this location. I didnt find what I went for but I definitely found some nice clothing articles and flat shoes. Im not a fan of looking/searching through miscellaneous racks of clothes. It just annoys me. I managed to do such today for a few minutes not long and was out. The line was a little long because of a couple customers at the counters but all in all it was good.

We got some cookies to put out for guests and just for fun we grabbed some Dubai-style chocolate. We were expecting average stuff. We got Wow! The cookies were thick and crunchy with a good layer of hard icing and cute shapes and decorations. A friend recently had cookies custom-made in Baltimore for a baby shower, and these Christmas House cookies at Marshall's were just as good! The Dubai-style 33%-cocoa milk chocolate bar was stuffed with a think layer of 11% finely-chopped pistachios and crumbled kadayif filo! Very nice flavor and texture, as good as I've had anywhere! A fancier brand might have some tahini in there, but I didnt miss it. And the box shows the usual green-coloring for the filling, while this filling is chocolate-color, which is ok with me. We were happily surprised by the quality of these treats at a Marshall's!

I wanted to grab all the past presents I wasn't able to find at that time I intended to give them. Funny how all the memories and hopes returned when I saw the items. I'll know to go there first next time. They also had about 6 cashiers checking out also so the wait on live didn't seem so long. They also have some of the cutest reusable bags as well that I wanted to grab for friends. Different doggies with different drinks seemed so appropriate for my girlies lol

As I was packing for our East Coast adventure, I was thinking fall weather clothing: boots, beanies, light jackets.....oh but on our last two days, mother nature said NOPE, I am bringing the heat! It was hot and we were slightly dying, as we passed Sweet Elizabeth Jane, not only was their storefront display soooo cute, but we could feel the AC blasting when we passed by. Seriously, this was the reason why we went in. Not knowing what to expect, I was surprised. The store was two floors, but not only did it have the cute souvenirs and Christmas decor that was visible as we passed by, but it had cute clothes and accessories. What a gem of a store....it was boutique plus, plus!!! This store has my heart. It was hard to narrow down my shopping since I had to be mindful that I had a carry on and personal item to travel back home. I couldn't resist and decided to purchase items and just ship them to myself back home. I bought a shawl/jacket in the most wonderful Olive Green color that is perfect for walking and driving in. I also got the softest scarf. Customer service was top notch. I saw this scarf on display on a mannequin and I asked if it came in different colors and they went to go look since I am not a big fan of the browns in my attire choices. I got a gray/black combo scarf. Since we had cooled down significantly as we were shopping, we got hungry and asked if we could place the items on hold since we didn't want to carry our purchases until the end of our exploration and headed back to the car. I gave them my name, they placed the items on hold and we went to eat. When we came back, the store associate remembered my name and that our items were on hold. She also told me that they have a website with many items for sale from their actual sales floor that could be shipped and proceeded to tell me how the store got started. She wrapped the items with care and off we were. Prices are completely reasonable for a store of this caliber. This store could easily fit into the vibe of Stanford Shopping Center, Santana Row, downtown Carmel, etc.....but I KNOW that this place will blow any rivals strictly due to their fair pricing, storefront size and their unique items. Somehow the racks are full but you won't find anything you are looking for. The place is over flowing with a selection of girl clothes (that's no one is buying) and yet the boy options are very slim. Not once was I acknowledged by an employee and the amount of clothes and equipment on the floor was a safety concern. The prices of the equipment was ridiculous, I can understand why they are so full! For the amount they had things listed at I would rather just buy it new.

If you donate to the 2nd Avenue they give you a 20% off coupon which ends up being more valuable than the pennies that OUAC will offer.
