BEWARE OF THIS SHOP - ZERO STARS IS MORE APPROPRIATE!!! *** Reposting this review after being asked to remove it by the owner who said he would make it right & didnt *** I walked into this shop asking for a dainty fine line flower on my hand.. I should've followed my first instinct and ran, while being tattooed by the artist Bell.. First off his son was running around in the room so he was distracted & in a rush to get to the next client... i told him before i left i didn't like the tattoo, he shaded the petals of the flower so the tattoo was to dark & looked nothing like the pic. He suggested i let it heal & it would lighten up... still doesn't fix the fact is looks nothing like what i wanted... I left the shop, called hoping to speak with the owner and got the same artist who again reiterated that he would not give me a refund and that I had to let the tattoo heal.. Later That day the tattoo started leaking from under the plastic. I texted the artist who told me just to wipe it off, That it was fine. The tattoo leaked all night And I was finally instructed by a doctor to remove the plastic. At which point it did stop leaking but the tattoo is horrible, out of line in areas, shaded when it shouldn't be & is not what i asked for. The next day i called and I asked to speak with the shop manager or the owner, but not until I posted my original review Did anyone contact me. Once Elizabeth reached out she agreed to give me a refund & offered to cover the tattoo once it was healed. The refund I wanted, however I don't want anyone from the shop tattooing me I wanted that specific tattoo and I don't want anything covering it.. When i voiced that to the owner & Elizabeth, I was told the only way I could get the refund is if I allowed them to cover it. I told them that I wasn't following that logic and that I just wanted my money back, i've already made an appointment to have the tattoo removed .. They told me again I couldn't get a refund unless I did the cover-up Which is a bizarre business practice and makes no logical sense. After i vocalize my dissatisfaction with being forced to get another tattoo in order to get my refund they stopped responding. So now I am reposting this review to make everyone aware to not visit this shop to get Ink coming from someone who is covered in Tattoos, The entire experience at the shop has been a nightmare!! Now i'm left with this ugly tattoo or out of pocket more money to have it removed & redone!! Moral of the story - go to big time customs down the street if you want ink !!! DON'T GO TO THE ONE IN DOUGLASVILLE.I came here and scott messed up my septum. I don't even know why he piercing he really should find another profession if he didn't know what he was doing. He asked me repeatedly if he was in the correct spot from my last septum and I said yes, but still he found a way to mess up and pierce INCORRECT. after piercing he said it will heal and the other side will go back up and thats what made me look at my nose and I'm glad I did. LIZ helped me so go to her if y'all want your piercing correct. Scott is the African American man with stretched ears and dread like hair and he usually answers the phone calls. If you guys see him in the piercing shop ask for another piercer immediately. I took a video of him piercing my nose so I will leave a picture from the video and show y'all how crooked and low one of the sides was. And also when I left my nose was swollen because he pierced it almost OUT OF MY NOSE. DEFINITELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DON'T GO TO SCOTT!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would read more

Went on Monday to get my nose pierced. Very nice experience. My piercing was done by Devo. He is so cool and laid back. I was nervous and he could tell. He was real patient and made sure to explain the process. Now he was real quick with the piercing. I mean literally deep breath in and once I exhaled he was done. The pain wasn't that bad on a scale of 1-10 I would say it was a 4.5 and lasted for a few mins. I think we were in the shop for a total of 10 mins and the cost was only $30. Now fast forward to Saturday...the damn stud got caught on the cover and ripped out. By it being so tiny I could not find it. I was in panic mode. I texted Devo and he said not to worry. Went in today per his request and he put in a new ring He didn't have to use the needle he used the little pole looking thing what the jewelry goes in. Now this time the pain was a 10. I told my husband if it come out again that's it. All in all it was a good experience. Will be going back not for piercing but to freshen up some ink. Came in here for a septum piercing after two different shops were too busy- I think it was fate! My piercing was done by Devo, and he did a wonderful job both on the piercing itself and explaining the process to me. Knowing what he was doing each step definitely made it easier for me. Shop is clean, staff is friendly and talented, and price is on par with other decent tattoo/piercing places. Will be returning for future body mods! read more

I went there a year ago to get a cover up done and he did a amazing job! I went back today to get a re-color done, it didn't take but 30 min at max! I highly recommend you going to this tattoo shop Chris is the one who did the cover up and re-color. both times going, he made sure I was comfortable and made sure I wasn't in any pain! DO NOT get pierced here!!!. The guy Devo has no idea what he's doing!!! My friend and I went in a couple weeks ago to get our tragus pierced (she picked this place). Let get straight to the point. He pierced us with a gage with a butterfly back?! I knew that was wrong, but he insisted it was fine since they were diamonds. A few days later, my earring is sinking into my skin *ouch* He orders another earring, this time with a flat back, but it's for a nose piercing?.. Again, he insisted it was fine bc the gage is the same, it'll be less painful to switch, blah blah blah. At this point I'm desperate and I just want to get this earring out! So he switches it out. Everything seems to be fine. Here I am today and the earring has disappeared. I am hoping it did not go inside of my ear overnight. I'm going to Alan's piercing down the way to get this done right.
