I apologize for not knowing names! The front desk woman was clearly very sick when I came into the store but was still there being trained. Not sure why the business would risk clients getting sick. It was my first time here and my first time getting a wax. The place is quiet and clean. I didn't make an appointment I just walked in (next time definitely making an appointment) it was very spontaneous. They have a 9 min late policy. If you don't call to let them know you're running late you might have to reschedule which is reasonable. Parking is convenient also.
