I've been coming to her since 2019 when I was recommended by a friend. I go to her right before a vacation to get a Brazilian wax, my underarms, and a stomach strip added. Shes non-stop talking the entire appointment and asking questions or just simple input, which I love because it helps to keep you distracted and it doesn't leave any room for that awkwardness or for it to get quiet and then you focus on the wax again. She'll warn you when she's about to wax certain areas that can be a little tougher/more sensitive and also reminds you to BREATHE which I find super helpful because I'm sweating and gripping the chair from my nerves and then it's over in a second. I also really liked that she took into consideration how cold the room was so she had me do my underarms quick and put my shirt back on so I wasn't shivering in the beginning.
