Held my car hostage for nearly an entire year. I trusted him and he drove my car to his "shop" for repairs. i bought all the parts he recomended for the cars and he took additional $700 from me as part of labor. After he too my money and the parts. He disappeared from the surface of the earth.Communication was non-existent. I was the one constantly having to call them, only to be met with endless excuses by his "assistance", ignored voicemails, and empty promises that it would be ready "next week." Took the car home and basically had to spend my own time revacuuming the car after spending almost $50 on their platinum wash. Never going back. Couldn't pay me to go back. Beyond the lack of vacuuming, some of the cup holders were gross and the top of the center console (which is basically a huge thing that can't possibly be missed) was not even cleaned as when I cleaned it at home after the car wash a ton of dirt and grime came off.
