He was there to do a job and intervene while we were talking to the owner of the other vehicle and then the other owner of the vehicle was having attitude and the tow truck driver intervene and started arguing with my mom and calling her a bitch and a cunt and kept running his mouth instead of doing his job. Years ago Kenny the Patriarch a man never clean always dirty because he was so hands on fixed my families cars and my car countless times always reliable in time never wait too long. Always strait up when they tell u what they are going to do what you want them to do and how they think the best course of action. They never talk money right away. it's always about doing the best job then worrying about the cost later which almost always is a better price then anyone else. Few years ago I, banged up my Jetta so bad I, went there he didnt try to push anything in me he just said you need a fender hood bumper and side mirror. Turned out I, saved money by rigging up the bumper and tie down one headlight. They took the parts I, brought them in a box put them on I, came by took a look amazing. Came back the next week after the paint job and we couldn't even tell. Another time I, was upset my mother another person who uses Kenny and Chris hit my Integra and now I couldn't open my hood. So I, bought a carbon fiber hood and Kenny had the frame pulled out to shape and put on the hood and they didn't charge me more the 100 that time. This time I, was extremely stupid and tried to wet sand my sratches on my 2010 Infiniti g37x and lightly spray Spray Max 2k which is great if you know what your doing. I didn't use a cardboard cut out and spray through it. Problem is the over spray basically fell all over the door I, was doing just the bottom. So I freak out call Chris he tell me to come by and Kenny was there the 2 spent 25 mins rubbing it which solvents but there is a hardener in 2k max. So the told me to bring it in today. They we Tito work right away and my car looks normal again thank you God thank you Kenny Chris the whole Merrick Collision Crew. How nice I, made sure I, took care of them but modestly they said you don't have to. I wanted to get them something better but it's early. Don't waste your own money on another shop come here get it don't right and with a feeling of if it doesn't come out the way you liked it, they will try to get it perfect and will!!!!! read more
