brought vehicle in for small repair on front left fender of my vehicle. went through insurance. estimate was insanely high plus I payed a deductible. was notified the vehicle was fixed rather quickly and picked up the vehicle. got home and noticed the driver side door was rubbing the inside fender when opened. brought vehicle back to correct issue. told the issue was corrected and picked up vehicle. noticed a large gap between the door and fender as well as the hood and fender. also door was not flush with the fender. brought vehicle back again and issue was corrected. job was rushed , overpriced and not done correctly. would never use them again. read more

I was in a no fault accident and the insurance made me bring my car here. They replaced a panel on the side of my car and didn't line it up correctly so it was obvious that it was worked on. When I told the guy he tried to punch it in place a few times and sent me on my way saying he didn't have the guys currently working to work on it. I called the insurance company to tell them if I had a problem trading in my lease it was on them so they sent me back. I went back a few days later and they fixed that problem but put a dent in my drivers side door. I pointed that out and they said it was already there. I said I obviously would've seen it because it was directly under the handle I look at and grab every day. When I pointed out that it was right under the door handle so wouldn't be easy to hit and was obviously done with some sort of 2 prong tool. They asked if I had a picture of the door from when I first got there and if I didn't they could fix it or about $350. read more

Both Mark and Mike, the owners, were extremely courteous, bent over backwards and worked with the other driver's insurance company to start the job as quickly as possible. Did a claim and my insurance company sent me there. It was the worst decision I made. I dealt with Marc. He never returned my calls when he said he would call me back, always rushed me off the phone. My car was stuck there for a month. And all that time he didn't do what claim was asking for. He chose to understand the work and because of his poor work ethics I would never go back there or refer this place to him. I had to pick up my car with the damages that was supposed to have been fixed. Now I have a car I can't operate. I would never let this place touch my car again. Poor communication, poor work ethics.
