Part of me doesn't want to share a review, as there will be increased competition during bidding. However, the service is unparalleled! From a buyer's perspective, photographs and descriptions are always accurate. Questions are answered in a timely manner. Pickup is a breeze; auction winnings are waiting for you at the scheduled time, pickup times are efficiently scheduled online. The sellers are busy being nostalgic; available to reminisce over the history of the item. I've yet to observe a frazzled home owner or neighbor. Keeping pickup efficient minimizes the number of people standing in line and/or hogging street parking. Kelly and her team are delightfully pleasant and cultivate a family vibe, both with buyers and the sellers. Auctions are fun experiences to look forward to, where everyone is greeted with a smile.
