I can't review the actual instruction quality because to be fair, each experience is personal and it is really a reflection of your own ability to participate and your expectations. But I have to say as a small older building my first time was in the summer and the air conditioner was turned on or up at the beginning of the session not leaving enough time to acclimate the room before we started and there was a gym odor in the warm room most of the time during the class so I felt as if it was not particularly conducive to a calming yoga experience where sound and smell are an important part. My second visit in the fall the room was cool and comfortable but it was a more intense combo class so attendees did work up a sweat and the room became humid and again, it was not a pleasant environment. Maybe they should have turned on a fan to stir the air. This is my pet peeve that gyms or exercise facilities should smell as though it is cleaned regularly which includes washing the equipment regularly and wiping down surfaces used by customers. I do bring my own matt and blocks and bands where I can rather than complain but weights are needed in some of their classes and you have no choice to use them. All in all, they have been there for quite some time because they are convenient and familiar and I might return for those reasons. Last word, the instructors were nice and supportive.

I was at a point in my life where I was extremely overwhelmed, stressed, and angry, and during a…read moremuch needed vacation, I was able to take a step back from my life and start thinking about how to move forward when I got home. I realized that I needed to make a huge change and in order to do that, I was going to need guidance and support. I thought about therapy, but I felt I needed more than that. I needed to not only change what was going on in my life, but more importantly to do some deep soul searching and change from within. I thought the best place to start would be yoga and meditation, so I began my google search. That is when I came across Kacie's website. I really didn't want to do a group session, so I was thrilled when I saw that Kacie also offered private sessions and the sessions she offered were exactly what I needed. I didn't find anything similar anywhere else. Once I found Kacie's website, my search was over. I was so impressed with Kacie's background and the programs she was offering. Everything I was feeling and the direction I wanted to go in were all in the words she had so beautifully written. I couldn't believe that I had stumbled upon even more than I was looking for...completely by accident. It was the universe directing me to where I was supposed to be. So, before I had time to let my fearful thinking get in the way of the plan, I sent Kacie an e-mail. She immediately responded, and we set an appointment to meet. I asked for the universe to give me a sign that this was the right person for me to work with. Within the past year or so, I became intrigued with owls and started a small collection. When I sat down across the desk from Kacie, the first thing I noticed was her coffee mug. It was an owl, and there it was....my sign. However, my instincts already told me that this is where I was supposed to be, and that was confirmed as soon as Kacie opened the door. The owl mug was just a bonus from the universe. I have been working with Kacie for about four months now, and it was the best decision I ever made. It has been an amazing time for me. I am at a place of peace that I never thought I could get to. Kacie helped me make a huge change that I don't think I would've made had she not come into my life. I was in a volunteer position working with horrible people, people I have never in my life had to deal with. I found myself having to constantly defend everyone, including myself, and the constant negative, toxic comments and actions were affecting me physically, mentally and emotionally. I've never had to be in the company of such hateful, toxic people before. It was really horrible. In addition to dealing with them, I also spent a good portion of my time doing work that was required for my position, and also going above and beyond my duties, with no appreciation. I was at my breaking point. However, my commitment to my position kept me holding on and miserable. I kept thinking I had to see my commitment through until the end, but that was another several months away. I knew I couldn't make it that long. I had to get away from these people. With Kacie's help, I was able to let go of my position, and I am so much happier now. I didn't realize how much it was affecting me until I was free from it all. It was something I first had to overcome in order to be able to work on anything else. It was the one thing that was causing so much stress, aggravation, grief, and anguish in my life and holding me back from moving forward in other areas. Thanks to Kacie this is behind me and I have moved on, ready to deal with working on me and becoming a better person inside and out. I'm looking forward to 2016 being my year of transformation, and I know with Kacie by my side, I can do it. Kacie is a loving, caring, devoted, overall amazing and fabulous woman, and I know I wouldn't be where I am right now without her. I am extremely grateful and so very happy that the universe brought us together. Since that day, some really amazing, wonderful, beautiful things have happened in both of our lives. I called to inquire about how much membership would be at this gym for only a month since I will be…read morein the area for only 30 days. 1) Gideon, the gentleman who answered the phone and that is in charge of memberships, had a very aggressive and hostile demeanor. 2) I was quoted at "roughly $135 a month, but I do not know for sure". Not only is it sad that he does not know for sure, since he did put me on hold for 5 minutes to find out the price which he is supposed to know, but it is also sad and unphathomable that someone would pay "roughly" $135 a month to workout at a gym for only a month, when so many others are more 60% cheaper for the same month-to-month contract with the same amenities. In all seriousness, I just think he got upset at me because I would not commit to a yearly membership on the phone without first setting foot inside the gym. He seemed like he was intentionally trying to get me NOT to sign up for whatever reason, so the price he gave probably was not the real price, but an extremely bloated amount. Regardless, the customer service at this place, solely due to Gideon, is atrocious!

I was able to borrow a mat and a mat towel for free since it was my first time (which I didn't realize was a thing but was much needed since I sweat so much during this class. The classroom was packed but not so much that you couldn't do the movements. The class started out slowly as we moved through a few positions lying down, then worked our way up to standing. There were definitely more advanced people in this class but I would say this is still a beginner friendly workout. The instructor offered modifications throughout and encouraged everyone to go at their own pace. I walked out of class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area and are looking for a class!

The yoga room itself is spacious enough to fit 12-15 people comfortably. The temperature of this hot yoga class honestly wasn't as hot as others I've taken, but that was actually a welcome relief to me. The instructor was helpful in offering modifications and talking us through the movements, demonstrating most of the movements. If I'm back in the area I'd take this class again, but be sure to remember my mat.

Thanks to our instructor I was able to follow her instructions and keep up with the class, not bad for a newbie. The goats were cool and did not get in our way most of the time. The goat handlers did a great job preparing the goats and handing out food to us to feed the goats. There were a couple of accidents but the poop easily rolls off the yoga mats. Thanks to Drew for setting up this complicated event. This event had the added bonus of proceeds going to charity.

Nothing like a bunch of cuties running towards you. They were so friendly and adorable, and very chill about being pet. As much as I'm not a yogi, the class from Cocomotion was fairly easy to follow, and the instructor was extraordinarily knowledgeable and patient. I liked that she brought an upbeat playlist that included some pop music. Made it much more fun to follow. The biscuits from Main Road Biscuit Co. were incredible, as is everything they make. The honey butter and peach jam took them above and beyond. The LIV distillery was a bit of a let down for me today. They didn't seem too thrilled to have us there- the bartenders were extremely unfriendly. I've had pleasant experiences here before, so was really shocked at the shift in hospitality. Additionally, the Bloody Marys were eh. Long Island Spirits makes an amazing Bourbon, so I'd been hoping for a drink option involving that. Overall, super cool event. I laughed all morning, which was much needed. I pet lots of goats. And I got a sweet Yelp swag bag. What more could you ask for?

Ruthie is the absolute BEST Pilates instructor I've ever had. Not only does she always deliver a killer work out, but she is an amazing person inside and out. I bought a decal for my 2016 challenger for $79.99, the same item is $49.99 on Etsy, I thought it…read moremight be the quality so I got it from American Muscles. The product came in on time. Opening the box the decal was there but no instructions. I went on youtube and watched some videos on installation. I was very confident before I get products from Luxe Auto Concepts, they send instructions and all accessories for free. I guess American muscle is not up to their level yet. According to the video, I put the decal, but the decal won't stick to my car. I still have no idea if I put it the right way. so I called American muscles to find out I might have used the wrong side. I asked them if they can send another one but Brady Custer and Nick Whatever are saying that it is my fault and they won't take it back or replace it but I have to buy the 2 sets(Right and Left) again. which is ridiculous. I am very upset because not all the customers are very talented like Nick and Brady because they made a comment saying that "these days, customers who know English don't need instructions". What is that supposed to mean, since I have an accent, I'm not a customer???. I paid in American dollars regardless of my birth origin. I should have known when it says American Muscles, you are a Bully with Muscles. So i won't buy any products from AMERICAN MUSCLES, in fact, I'm returning the Rear Diffuser I bought and I was going to buy a front splitter. Wish I had done so sooner! Upon arrival the instructor Cindey greeted me with a warm and inviting smile. I knew we were off to a great start. Cindey continuously encouraged me throughout the class. Her positive gentle spirit was nourishing. She carefully challenged the class, which was a mix of all ability levels. I never felt like the "new girl" or the "beginner", Cindey made sure that I fit in. I had a great time in her class (TRX fusion) and will continue to attend her classes. She helped spark my curiosity to try other classes there as well. One last note: my husband came with me to one class and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Since the class uses your own body weight it is a great workout for both men and women.
