Ann Marie is such a warm, engaging, easy-going person and she sets the tone for the studio. It is a relaxing, welcoming space and I instantly remembered how much better it is to practice in a studio versus having a home practice. Ann Marie is extremely knowledgable about yoga and how the human body works. She works hard to make sure that everyone is using what props they need to benefit from the practice given their individual bodies. She does a fantastic job of pacing her instruction.
