Just got my delivery from Door dash. With the exception of the Cantonese Brisket and my drink, everything else was bland and flavorless. The rice was good and I wasn't unhappy with it but as I try to mix it with the other dishes for texture and taste, I couldn't really enjoy it except as a stand alone which is boring. I love lo mein but this was one of the first times I've ever had zero seasoning in the chow mein. Broccoli beef, while well made, it lacked seasoning too. So, Cantonese Brisket ok. Broccoli beef meh. Chow mein meh. Steamed rice, normal. Probably won't be ordering anything other than the brisket from here on out. Sad that one of my go to places slipped so much. read more

Walked in Greeted and the young Lady come over and helped me right away I highly Recommend this place she took her time with me I had never been there before answered all the questions I had and just have to say this girl was maybe 16 she did an amazing job didn't get her name to give her praise to her boss but the food is the best Chinese Food I have Ever ate!! Did a carryout order and the stated wait time was 30 minutes. Showed up in 30 minutes and waited an additional 30 minutes for the carryout order to be finished. Totally unacceptable. If the wait time is really 60 minutes. It would be nice to know that upfront, regretted making the order and will be hesitant to do carry out from them again read more

I used to love coming by to get my fill of Panda Express when I was in Hutchinson but unless the quality of food gets better I think I'm not coming back. The past few times I've gone, my lo mein AND my rice have been CRUNCHY- FYI it's not supposed to be crunchy, it's supposed to be soft and chewy! Not only does it hurt my teeth but it's a sudden shock of CRUNCH. Doesn't seem to be getting better. In town for work and stopped by after about 12:30 for a quick lunch ( I'd have to see my receipt for the exact time). I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and fried rice in the bowl. The lobby was closed and had to use the drive-thru. Pulled around the corner to eat and it was without a doubt the WORST I'd ever had from the Panda Express franchise anywhere in the US. The rice was cold in spots and dried out and the shrimp was REALLY dried out to the point parts of it were crunchy. I threw the majority of it out the window as it was NOT edible. The folks that operate this franchise DO NOT CARE about the quality of the food they're putting out. My advice, drive on past and go somewhere they do care about the quality of their food. And even if I come back to this area I WON'T stop here ever again. read more

I've been here over a dozen times during the lunch hour or evening hour right after 5. I won't be going back ever again to this location. The final straw was two weeks ago going there at 5:20PM. The store was completely empty. Only one car in the drive through. They were completely out of orange chicken and steamed vegetables (5-7 minute wait for new). I complained about this, told the person this has occurred very frequently coming here, and the woman told me "it is rush hour, sorry". Do you like orange chicken? I do. Sadly, this Panda Express is awful. The orange chicken is frequently out and you will need to wait for a new order to be cooked. The steamed mixed vegetables is ALWAYS out and there will be a 5 minute wait. The staff will be playing on their phones, goofing off, and won't monitor the most popular food selections (fried rice, orange chicken, steamed vegetables, and kung pao) to make sure that those things are 1) always available with zero wait and 2) freshly cooked. Next time you're there take a close look at that orange chicken (if there is any at all). Down to the last 1/4 of the huge bowl? I guarantee that has been cooking under the light forever. I like eating at Panda but it always seems like they are out of what I like or it is 12 minutes for chicken or 5 minutes for greens or we don't have it and then the staff acts like every request is a problem. Pulled up to drive thru and sat for 5 min or so without anyone answering. Finally I decided to pull forward in case their microphone wasn't working. I sat and watched them working inside and still no one came to the window. Meanwhile the cars behind me drove off. I finally called and asked if anyone could help me. No answer the first time. Typical Panda Express. Only have about 2/3 of the choices that they are supposed to have out. Cold food. Went down to about the 3 choice of what I would normally get on a plate. Dumped juice from mushroom chicken all over my walnut shrimp, so the flavors were pretty bad. We live nearly an hour away from Hutchinson but often take home food from Panda Express when we are in town. On 9/20, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 meals. When I approached to pay, I met the rudest employee in my history of fast food locations!!! When I asked if she was ok or if I had done something that upset her, she head bobbed and said quite gnarly that she does NOT like to be called sweetheart. My apology for offending her was met with a slammed drive thru door. As someone who worked in fast food during junior college, my boss would have FIRED me immediately if I would have treated any customer that way. I am still stunned. The server greeting was very snotty when i asked for fresh chow mein. She went and got a new one from the drive thru and was starting to dump the old dried put noodles in with the new. I made her stop and serve me the new noodles. Then when she was done she went ahead and mixed the 2 together. Her attitude was very surly and rude.
