They told us to contact Taco Bell. Back and forth, back and forth like we're stuck in some kind of customer service ping-pong match. Meanwhile, we're just sitting here missing food we paid for. We called Taco Bell AGAIN, and they still refused to help. No apology, no effort, nothing. Just straight-up "not our problem" energy. The only good part of this whole experience was our DoorDash driver, who was actually amazing and did her job perfectly. She deserves better than having to deal with places like this. Taco Bell, do better. If you mess up an order, at least have the decency to fix it instead of passing customers around in circles. Absolute joke.

Have staff run out food to cars behind them if you need to keep things moving - but if you move cars out of sight - you lose track of unfulfilled orders.
