It has counter service and inside seating if you're eating there. The staff were very friendly. I got a 3 piece combo, white meat with coleslaw. My order included 2 large chicken breasts and 1 wing. I was glad I was hungry or I couldn't have eaten it all. We also had a chicken tenders salad that was delicious and an ample serving. Our total tab was about $25 and well worth it. They get the orders correct more often than not and the staff is friendly. I wish they would bring back the ghost pepper fries but the Baconator fries are good too. Now with that out of the way, I will say this Wendy's was once a nice clean FAST FOOD restaurant to dine in. Now, the tables are wobbly, it's hot and muggy because the AC isn't working or doesn't work well. There were tiles missing from the walls. The carpet is dingy & the parking lot needs to be cleaned. The owner either doesn't care about the appearance of the store or hasn't been by to visit in a while.
