Today I witnessed a woman who regularly causes scenes in local businesses become very angry, hostile and downright abusive to a worker who was attempting to help her and address whatever was upsetting. The "customer" became so angry and hostile that another gal behind her wanted to call the cops and honestly I almost did because while the young lady handling it did have a handle on it and was holding her own she should not have had to. The woman should have simply been kicked out. I told myself that I wasn't goin to get involved or say anything but it's been bugging me all night. "Customers" like that should not be allowed to return since they can't be trusted to not be harmful to the dedicated workers, I sincerely hope that the woman is banned from at least this store and that younger lady knows that it's not ok for disgruntled busy bodies to treat employees like that.
