The room is a big open space but with lots of cozy spots. They have a room for a separate party and the servers were on point despite it being a busy morning. Regardless, it was a cool old building with this really long high top lunch counter out in the middle with traditional table seating all around. I came in on a Monday and there was a steady trickle of mostly seniors coming in. I ordered a BLT and it was great- and came out in less than 5 minutes. They had a nice selection of cakes and pies. But the real charm of this place is all the obscure Americana stuff on the walls AND the old vault in the back, which is essentially a guest book. Literally thousands of people have signed the walls in the vault. They even have a step ladder because the walls are so full that the ceiling and mechanicals are about the only available real estate. Super fun blast from the past place.
