I spent close to $50 on lunch only to watch a back line employee completely disrupting the work of every employee in the place. She was loud, spoke rudely to all of the other employees, very sloppily assembled several sandwiches, slapped sandwiches down on the build station, and even tossed sandwiches across the build station toward her coworker assembling my order. All of the employees seemed to have extremely low moral. I asked if her actions were comon, the employee said , "yes, all of the time and there's nothing I can say".
