The massage experience was average overall. I went with a one hour combination massage which was half an hour of a full body and half an hour of a foot massage. Both were done on the same table, which was new for me. I'm used to sitting for the foot massage which I always felt was more effective. The lady giving me the massage was really nice. She checked in some, but the massage wasn't as satisfying as I was hoping for. I probably should have given more direction on areas to focus on before we even started. When it was time to pay they indicated that they took cash only. I didn't realize this when I entered as I didn't see any signs indicating this when I walked in. The ATM machine probably was the giveaway. I'm not sure that I'll be coming back to this location, but will continue the search for a massage place in New Orleans! read more

I've been curious about this spot for awhile. So since my feet have just been aching lately (I blame every pair of shoes I own), I decided to stop by and ask for a foot massage. My foot massage was great. First your feet are washed and then you can just lay back and enjoy. Eventually I was asked if I would like more time and/or a neck/should massage. Of course, since I was getting so relaxed I said yes. For my neck/shoulder massage I moved into one of the private rooms. But I stayed fully clothed. Also for those who are thinking pervy thoughts, there is a sign to keep your genitals covered because c'mon. Eww. The space is kept semi-dark and restful. And I appreciate that the atmosphere makes everyone use quieter tones as they walk in because you can certainly hear everything that's said. The price point was good. They do take walk-ins but you can also call in to reserve a time. Reserving is smart especially on the weekend if you want to come in with a group. Unfortunately, the entire atmosphere has changed now that there seems to be an older man "managing" the place. this guy smokes, is rude, rough, and just overall creepy. I was recommended to this place by other pregnant women that abide by this place. I'm almost 9months pregnant and they took really good care of me. They don't have a table with a hole for bellies but she had me lay on both sides to get my neck/shoulders/back. Older woman was super attentive and kept asking if I was ok and comfortable. So sweet of her. Don't go in trying to compare them to a spa type of place. It's small and open floor plan and there are rooms with tables for unclothed massages. I stayed on the main floor in their comfy chairs and did a 30min foot/ 30min full. It was exactly what I needed. The prices are really good. We went for the 30 minute massages. We didn't schedule ahead of time based off of other reviews indicating walk in welcome. I was able to get a table massage but my boyfriend did not. Therefore his first massage experience he didn't get undressed and didn't truly experience the work that can be done on a table. We also had pretty different experiences. While he had massage for both his feet and hands, I did not. I was waiting for the part where they massage your hands as I feel it's the most effective way of "pulling" the toxins the furthest from your back. The language barrier also prevented any strategic approach to problem areas or instruction. In a pinch I'd go back for the convenience but if I'm valuing consistency overall I would schedule an appointment elsewhere. read more

They do a great job for the price. It isn't super fancy, but it's clean. I had a great massage for my first visit and intend on coming back. I would give it 5 stars if they had a post massage shower facility (I hit this place during my travels so I don't want to get on a plane all greasy), and I would prefer if the rooms were fully enclosed and more sound proof. After some extended house cleaning, and minimal sleep my husband and I had sore feet, so for his birthday, the Thursday before Mardi Gras, I thought a foot massage was just what we needed. He had a 60-minute while my daughter and I each had a 30-minute foot massage. We were all quite satisfied. Pricing was $60 for 60 minutes and $34 for each of the 30-minute sessions (I suggested to them that my daughter and I just pay $30 each as it was like we were sharing one 60-minute foot massage while my husband had his, but that is not how the bill was written - can't blame me for trying).
