More than once I've had an appointment and come from out of town bringing friends or family, each time my appointment is late. I was 2 minutes late and in no hurry when I saw Henry (owner) had someone already started. I asked about my appointment and he was very rude & loud. When he finished with the lady he had started, I told him I was not interested anymore so he started in on me again, loud & rude, in front of everyone there concluding with if I expect him to be on time, that was not the place for me. I agree. I was treated very poorly & will not return nor will I recommend or bring friends/family in. Terrible way to treat people. read more

I visited Long Nails with a friend never having my nails done before. I was hoping to get some options/explanations of what I could get but was never offered. The nail tech just chopped off my long healthy nails and put on fake ones while they were on their phone the whole time. It was also painful, which I don't think is normal. I was never able to ask questions or have anything explained to me. I'm assuming it's great if you're a regular, but if you're new to nail salons, I would NEVER recommend this place. It's a very unwelcoming environment. Im pretty disappointed I paid $50 to get harassed. The nails also came out terrible, I would have never picked that shape if I hadn't been pressured. I just ended up choosing the shape the client next to me was getting because the tech was getting impatient. I took a pair of nail clippers to them because the acrylics were painful when I got home. I miss my natural heathy nails and regret ever going. read more
