Two time now the stylist just wanted to cut my hair and not wash it. The first time she did it I didn't question ( I should have cause I was charged the full price). The second time I said no you have to wash it first. If wash and conditioning are factored into the price then I would expect to get it. Also, when I call to make appointments they frequently don't answer the phone. I always leave a message and don't get a call back. What kind of business is that?
