If it weren't for the stylist being so kind this review would be 1 star. This was my first visit and I received and eyebrow and lip wax. There is a chunk missing from my brows and they're still red and swollen 2 days later. Half of my lip is waxed (yes it looks incredibly silly) and because of the skin she ripped off I'm not able to have the remaining hair waxed. I do not recommend getting any waxing services here! I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut and saw that Pin Up Girls had pretty good reviews online, so I decided to give them a try. I was extremely disappointed to find that it did not live up to the reviews. I asked for a trim and to have bangs cut into my hair, and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the haircut. The stylist really botched the bangs and I ended up letting them grow out for two months and then had them fixed elsewhere. I doubt that I will be returning to this salon. It was overpriced for a bad hair cut. I received a much better cut for half the price at the Hair Cuttery in Millville. read more

Rachel is amazing!!! She does a perfect cut and has a real gift for choosing hair colors that make my eyes pop and skin glow. The best thing about this place is Rachael who sincerely listens and checks in with you as she is cutting your hair. She aims to please and deserves 5 stars. However Dominique gets 1 star as she botched my husband's hairline. He told her not to cut above the scar on his neck. After 2 months it is still growing and the scar remains visible. Also, I got my eyebrows done by the owner and she gets 1 star. I told her I had an upcoming wedding. She made 1 of my eyebrows so thin and reduced the length while the other brow was shaped according my brow line. It was very unbalanced and remains that way 7 weeks later. I later told the receptionist about to let the owner know so I could show her. She said she was too busy to tell her. I prefer working it out in person, but with no response felt the need to warn others. read more

I went in as a first time client. I was told when I got there that the hair stylist was running about 45 minutes late! Yes, you read correctly, 45 minutes. The young girl at the desk lacked customer service skills. The owners should be embarrassed. It was not the stylist fault that the owners are not giving her either the skills or assistance she needs to be on time. She just lost a new client and future referrals!!! Good Luck read more

Rude, Took forever for appointment which was made in person as new client. Receptionist said consultation not needed even though I was new client wanting perm. Finally my day arrives. I was escorted to wash station by rude person who also didn't think a new client wanting a perm should be seen by stylist before washing! Insisted on meeting stylist first, rudeness continued by stylist who said perm would look like style from 80's and offered no options. A body beach wave perm on color treated hair in 2018 not possible at this salon...never again read more
