This Tow company has fraudulent behavior. i was in an accident and my car was towed to longs. I was in clear communication with them about adjusters and why they were delayed. By time the adjusters came out longs some how fraudulently got the title of my car signed over to them. Stole the car and now my bank is asking me for the money for the vehicle that I don't have. Come to find out they do this more often then not. The owners were disrespectful and a liar. His process and record keeping is sloppy and there is no accountability. Now I'm faced with legal fees to fight for my rights and the truth is revealing itself. May this company get shut down for the choas they have caused in other people's lives. read more

Would not recommend at all. Terrible service and very rude employees. I had to get my car towed by police for other reasons I won't mention and when I called to confirm the price before pickup, the man on the phone was very rude and had an attitude. My husband has a speech impediment and they were making fun of him and talking to him like he was stupid when we asked what the process was to get our car back. I went to go pick up my car a week later and the battery was dead because they left the keys in the ignition for 8 days smh!! I just purchased a brand new battery and now I might have to buy a new one. If I could give zero stars I would. These people do not care about you all they want is your money. Stay away!! read more

This company is run very shitty. My parents where in a wreck and instead of taking the vehicle to their home like was requested, which is not even two miles from where the wreck happened this idiot takes it to lithopolis. Charges my father in the neighborhood of 5-600$ plus 30$ storage fee per day. Then when my father goes to get his things out of his truck , he was told he couldn't back the other truck up to his truck. My father can't breath he's on O2 . So he and his friend where forced to carry what they could to the other truck. And to add to this Mike the owner got in my daughter's face when all she was doing was repeating what she had said because my father has hearing lose. On 11 Dec 18, I had Longs Towing from Lithopolis, OH tow a pick-up truck from my property to another property down the street. Everything went fine and I am very pleased with my service. Not sure what all the bad press is online about this company. Called Longs towing to do a somewhat long distance car haul on Thurs at 1:00pm. Sitting outside the following day at 2:00pm admiring my sons new car! They did an absolute wonderful job. Mike and Greg should both be complimented on their professionalism. I would highly suggest if you need a car transported use Longs Towing. Seamless transaction from beginning to end. I had an accident and the local police had my vehicle towed to Long's impound lot. Perhaps, since I had to be taken away from the scene by ambulance, and was unable to retrieve my valuables, I was an easy target, but in less than 24 hours, when my relatives went to retrieve my belongings, my cell phone, earbuds, and umbrella were missing. Whether they were taken deliberately, or by someone that got into the not very secure lot and was going through vehicles, I am not at all pleased. read more

this is the worst company don't ever deal with mike the owner or amanda the girl behind the desk. they broke my vehicles shifter cable after it was impounded. they do not want to take responsibility for that and they were sooooo unprofessional and very rude. the gentlemen mike is on a power trip. this is and would be the only way he could ever have the upper hand on anybody is by having this company were they make you feel like a little piece of crap and belittle you because he has your life in his hands, your "vehicle" and then they kept my truck another day after i paid in full to get it out. he broke my gear shifter and was trying to cover it up and the next day when i have to miss work again to come get it i find out why he didn't let me get it the first day is because it's now broken due to his neglects on not knowing that the truck has to have some charge to the battery before you can shift it into neutral. now he's trying to say he didn't do anythimg and that i broke it!!! yea well if i did break it then we would've known that b4 he got in and tried to shift it himself because it would've been a shifter just hanging there instead of still needing to have to be put into gear. he had kicked me out the yard when he tried to shift it and then i see him in my truck trying to shift it into neutral and i told him it needs to be charged a little bit and he said that wasn't the problem like he knew everything. then all i hear is him slamming my door saying ahh fuck. he then tells me i have to get my truck the next day. i try to say why, all it needs is a jump and i'll be out of your hair. i mean when you know your truck you know your truck and it didn't go on there like that. so then the next day comes and he asked me to shift it into gear and i told him that it wouldn't shift and that the shifter was just moving but it wouldn't actually move into gear. i ask him what could've happened because i still just needed my truck so i could work and he blames me and said i broke it by pulling on it to hard then drags the truck out by lifting only the front wheels while the back wheels were still locked up. he's trying to wipe his hands to the whole situation and leave me screwed after i just give them (mike)/owner $400.00 to break my truck, keep it an extra day illegally, and then make me pay $600.00 more to fix the shifter cable and to top it all off. get this "if i leave my truck sitting there, in the morning he's going to impound again".said the owner mike. some jerks. madison township has a contract with these as assholes which means it's family and that's why you have to go from columbus to lithopolis to go get your vehicle out of the impound. i'd give them-5 stars if i could. don't use them or let your vehicle ever be taken there. period. read more
