An Elite Auto Services truck (just like in the pictures here) was parked in my parking spot in the alley behind my home one night when I got home from work. When I asked the driver to move so I could park, he acted entitled to my parking spot, got hostile, and called me lots of angry names. Two days later my car was vandalized in the middle of the night with a crowbar. Now I no longer feel safe outside my home because I fear the angry Elite Auto Services driver is stalking me, maybe with some buddies, and will come back and attack me, my car, my home, or my family. I called Elite Auto Services and they said their drivers often park somewhere to wait between calls. They didn't offer any other explanation, apology, assurances, or remedy. Apparently they just let their angry drivers do whatever they want. I don't feel safe with this company on the streets. read more

I had an amazing experience with this company. I had to get my vehicle towed to a dealer in a close city (21 miles away) and the driver showed up quickly and eager to help. He even went above and beyond by offering to drive me 3 miles to my office instead of me having to call and Uber (and the conversation on the way was just the thing I needed to take my mind of of my Jeep Issue.) I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and they will be my go to for any towing needs in the future. P.S. No One likes to be in a break down situation and the last thing you want to worry about is a bad driver of your car, with Elite Auto Service this is one less worry to deal with! Friday afternoon was kinda a blur for me looking back. While driving home on 270, an unlicensed & uninsured motorist thought it a good idea to weave--being in his blind spot, he broadsided my car and sent me into the guardrail. Completely totaled my car, but I walked away with just bumps and bruises, thankfully! Enter Elite Auto Service to take care of removing my wreck off the side of the road. The first thing that driver Jeff asked me was if I was okay and how was I doing. Not knowing where my car should be taken, he offered to take it back to their collision center off 161 in Pataskala. He made that difficult afternoon a little bit easier for me. Yesterday it was determined that my car needed to be transported to the salvage yard--so Alicia gave me the opportunity to come to clean out my personal belongings prior to its transfer. We needed a long tow after my daughters car was stolen while she was visiting Columbus and impounded. All of us live 3 hours away. We had a very short time to travel to Columbus, get the car out of impound, and towed home. Anthony and Elite made it such a smooth process. Anthony even made sure my daughter got back to her other car safely. Cannot recommend enough. This was a nightmare situation and they were a bright spot. read more

Honestly this business is shit as far as being a dispatcher. Got hired, and fired for having a second job that did Not interfere with any schedule i had from both jobs. Mind you this was all known before i even got hired. So i just got let go after being released from training for a week. Also the company falsifies drivers names due to not passing background checks. And this is something they dont want anyone to know. Management is cool, but they suck at their job especially nicole bradley. "Supervisor ". So i wouldn't recommend working there. Theyre currently trying to make more money because they dont have enough to boost anybodys pay. Thank you though. At least i dont have to deal with all the bullshit they have going on. This company has great service on the phone. After they towed my car, I could not find my keys but I spoke with operators that gave exceptional service on the phone. One of the representatives name was Linsey he made every effort to assist me and with the drivers came out they were courteous and professional. Although I did never found my keys I still like the way they handled the situation and the tow that's the only reason why I didn't give them five stars. read more

If I could get negative stars, i would. Not sure it should be elite when a call is placed into them for Road Assistance and they tell you that it will take three and a half hours and they'll call or message you shortly to get the details. 3.5 hours later, not a single call. Another call into them and they have no idea what no one went out. Ok, we'll call them and you'll hear from them shortly -- and then no call.... In the end, they called back FIVE hours after I called them for road service. I'd seriously avoid these people at all cost....unless of course, you like sitting by the side of the road for five hours without them even caling you to give you an update or explain why they haven't shown up. I would like to thank ELITE Auto Services for their conscientious service this week. Peter, Darryl, and Lucky were just the best! My car overheated in the middle of rush hour, right in the middle of downtown Orlando (they have a branch down here) when it was 89 degrees out and lost all its fluid right there on the side of the highway. I lost my cool. - Fortunately, my friend had AAA. The dispatcher said someone would be there in two hours, but Lucky came by in about twenty minutes. Very courteous and friendly, he hooked me right up and away we went, with even an ice cold bottle of water! - Peter and Darryl welcomed me to the garage and explained exactly what would happen, and that I would have my car back the next day... which is exactly what did happen. And at a very reasonable price too. :) I will definitely recommend ELITE Auto Services to my friends, family, and neighbors. read more

Had an excellent experience here when I had an unfortunate encounter with a newly installed roundabout. These guys came highly recommended by my friend and insurance agent whom I fully trust, so automatically went with them. Super glad I did! These guys are honest, helpful, caring, willing to work with you on things, and completely the opposite experience that I have previously had with car related anything. At every interaction, they were extremely professional and calming in an otherwise pretty stressful situation. Hopefully I won't need them again but should I ever have another fender bender, this is where I'm calling. Believe they also do AAA towing. read more

Great service from Elite via AAA. Today was heavy snow and slippery roads but Elite arrived at our location within 70 minutes of our call which was amazing for such an icy day. Tom was very professional and friendly and had my Explorer out of the ditch within 30 minutes. From our phone call to pulling in our driveway, less that two hours! Exceptional service!
