The lady at the front told me the rings I had in my hand were sterling silver each priced at $25 each. I also made a joke and said this ring won't turn my finger green will it and she said no. It's been less than a week and I've worn the ring twice and my finger is green. I also bought my mom the same ring and mailed it out and she gets infections when her jewelry isn't sterling silver. I have called the store leaving a voicemail regarding this situation and no one has responded to me. This is a crime to be sold on something that isn't true. I went to exchange sizes from a Christmas present, and because it wasn't in the time frame stated (14 days from purchase or 10 days after Christmas), I couldn't even exchange sizes. I was not asking for a refund, but just to get the right size. This store, and its owner Danielle who made the decision, is losing a customer forever because of a size exchange. The store would have not lost money, but would have done right by their customer. Instead, they chose to follow an incredibly restrictive policy that doesn't make any difference. There were more of those shirts there, they weren't on sale. There is just no reason at all why I could not exchange sizes. Shame on them. Shame on you Danielle. Unreal. Worst customer experience.

Really impressed with the extent that (I;m guessing one of the owners) went to in trying to find the right size of tshirt for me. When she was unable to find what I wanted she let me know she would order one for me and didn't mind shipping. Took my number and a couple days later gave me a call to get my shipping info. Process was quick and easy, really appreciate the effort put in to make me happy. Great store - great service - Highly Recommend!
