But the shop has many lovely clothes, suitable for a party, a concert or the theater. So I went to Mariel, and they set me up in a dressing room and kept bringing clothes, many of which I bought. Their instagram also has great ideas on how to style clothing pieces differently. Every time I come in the girls there have been very kind, Madison especially. Madison has been there the last couple of times I've stopped in and she's always so happy. She's helped me with fitting questions, always offers tips on how to style certain pieces and is even honest with suggesting another color that might look better (which I VERY much appreciate). I have to say, the overall guidance and positivity from Madison is probably one of the main reasons I leave with more than just 1 piece of clothing every time.

It's also home to the only Thule store, which was a fun surprise to find right in the middle of the city. We also loved Aktiv, a high-end Scandinavian-inspired store with beautifully curated products. We ended up buying cozy woolen slippers, a backpack, and soft wool t-shirts -- all such high-quality pieces that really stood out. It's one of those streets where shopping feels like an experience in itself, not just an errand.
