I bought a second house and needed another homeowners insurance policy. I've insured my cars, house, and umbrella policies with State Farm for over 40 years, but they refused to insure the second house, saying it was not up to their standards. I recently purchased new home and auto insurance policies through Chris. I moved to Denver recently and shopped around for a while before I discovered Chris Long. I called and he picked up the phone before 2 rings. Pretty impressive. He asked me what was important to me for car insurance. I told him that I wanted a policy that replaces parts with factory OEM parts only, I didn't want to pay out of pocket for windshield repairs, due do the hail and construction here. I told him that I would rather pay more for a reputable company. He searched a number of companies and found me a policy that had what I requested and more. Much more. What I like about calling Chris is that he listens very intently and didn't talk my ear off. He is a pleasant and professional communicator. I have nothing but positive things to say about Chris. He was professional, courteous and provided excellent service through every step of the process. We handled everything via phone and email and he made it very easy. He actually answers his own phone calls, and if he can't answer he gets back to you as soon as possible (no it's true....really....I'm totally serious....I'm not making it up). I was appalled at the service I received with Chris Long of Longevity Insurance Brokers. Chris was more than happy to write 6 policies for me and then never once answered his phone or returned my calls after the policies were written and I had questions. He made unauthorized changes to my policies after I explicitly told him that he needed to first correct some errors and then he sent multiple intimidating emails when I stated that I would be switching agents. Please, do yourself a favor, and find any other insurance broker. I will be filing a formal complaint.
