She showed me how to use the mega reformer and really helped make sure the class was in good form. The class went by faster than usual Pilates classes I've taken. Maybe it was because it was a Lagree class, but still don't know how different all the classes are. I'm looking forward to the next class to take here! There is however lots of room for improvement equipment wise. Some many units are missing straps, rusted and worn, or downright not functional. We enjoy the opportunities we get to work out and hope they start making some improvements and replacing some units soon.

I've never been pressured for personal training here although I know at my current 207-210 lbs self I'm sure the staffing would be happy to scout me for it. To help me to build strength and get my muscles back in better shape. When I re-registered my account I was provided information that that it would or could be available to me if i was interested. I'm glad they simply informed me rather than trying to force an up-sale PT on me. I get the gentle nudge via the app or an occasional text but it doesn't bother me because that's just a part of the gig and culture of getting fit. It's the how one goes about it that "makes it or breaks it" for me. The equipment is good and newer than other gym venues. So I highly appreciate how much smoother these are on my joints etc....at least I'd know it's me that's rusty or making creaking noises and not the equipment I'm using!
