Unfortunately, I left feeling completely dismissed and hopeless. The doctor was aloof and showed very little empathy. He told me only "some doctors" can do septal repairs and that he had never done one, making it seem like I just had to live with this condition. When I asked directly for any kind of plan or hope for resolution, he didn't offer anything meaningful. His only suggestions were a different antibiotic, icing my face, sleeping elevated, and a nasal swab that wouldn't yield results for 3-4 weeks--while I'm actively suffering. There was no pain management plan discussed--not even non-medical options that could help soothe or reduce the facial and nasal pain. The appointment was rushed, lacked compassion, and I felt like he just wanted me out the door. I was treated more like a problem than a patient, and it was clear he had already formed assumptions about me, which colored the entire interaction. This was incredibly disappointing. I came seeking help and was left feeling unheard and hopeless. No one in pain and distress should be made to feel like this.

An issue arose at the last minute with a cardiac clearance that threatened to cancel the surgery, and Flora worked with me and the cardiologist's office to get everything approved in time. Dr. Dammert explained the procedure and what to expect in recovery and patiently answered all my questions. He met with me before and after surgery and explained the results of my blood work. I highly recommend him and his staff for anyone who needs an ENT specialist.

I needed them to call in an RSV vaccine prescription to HEB pharmacy - I called at 8 am and when I went to the pharmacy at 140 pm they still hadn't done it. I called Happy Health and they did it in 10 minutes. I am going to be transferring my primary care to Happy Health. As everyone there from the receptionist to the doctors treat their patients like important customers. I'd give them a zero if there was a star that low.

Dr. Romanik was the first doctor here then his daughter Dr. Wheeler took over the practice over the years. I have come here. My whole family has come here and the quality of service has never changed. My dad loves everybody. Here takes care of him.
