I took them in and the counter staff was friendly and helpful. They took it in and they were ready the next day. They were fairly inexpensive as well. I'll definitely be back here for repairs! Paid for minor alterations to a dress…read morethat fit perfectly aside from being too long: shorten, add strap loops and tack 2 folds that were sticking out at odd angles. At pickup, no strap loops and instead of tacking the folds they took the dress in so it was way too small and couldn't zip up! They said they couldn't fix it and offered a) refund b) to pay for a replacement dress. When I called back to say we had been able to fix it and correct the problems they caused, and only wanted the refund of $65 and not for them to oay for a new dress which would have been $200 or more, the owner refused! I thought she would be pleased we were choosing the lower amount! DON'T TRUST THEIR WORK. They don't speak the language the alterations employee speaks so how can they ever know if they are communicating to her what is needed?! SO DISHONEST.
