Working with Suzan over the past 2 years has been a joy. I sought her care when trying to get pregnant with my second child. Her acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs helped my second pregnancy be a much more relaxed and healthy experience than my first. She helped with everything from nausea to sleeping problems to general aches , even to labor itself! I have recommended her to every woman I know who is pregnant or trying to become pregnant! read more

Friendly and helpful staff. After suffering from headaches for a week without any relief from medication, 8 needles and a massage took the pain right away. Affordable and comfortable-- I'd recommend it to anyone! read more

I have appreciated working with Garth over the last two months. He has a gentle and patience approach - with a good understanding of my diabetic health problems. He uses an incremental approach to the neuropathy that affects both my feet and my hands. With each visit he modifies the treatment to adjust to the changes in my symptoms or progress. I have been more than pleased with the progress that has occurred since Garth started treating me. I have increased sensation in both my feet, and there is less pain when I use my hands. As a long time diabetic I am so impressed with Garth's knowledge, his ability to listen to each of my concerns, and the gentle effectiveness of his treatments as improvements continue. read more

Co-Owner of LCAHA, Suzan graduated from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and studied at Tai Hsuan College, Suzan specialized in the treatment of Internal medicine and chronic conditions, gynecological conditions, and fertility. She has studied many bodywork styles, beginning with Zen Shiatsu at the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona. For more than ten years, Suzan has been active in massage and shiatsu education. She has served as Associated Faculty at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and Lead Instructor at the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts. She has taken a national leadership role by representing the Asian bodywork profession at meetings of the National Certification Board committee meetings and with the American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA). She has provided workshops to medical facilities, hospitals, and support groups throughout the western U.S. and Hawaii.

When I calmly educated the staff on service dog protections, rather than acknowledging the error and moving forward, the situation escalated in a way that felt punitive. Ashley converted my straightforward intake into an in-person interrogation-style interview. Taylor then withheld permission for Ashley to schedule my actual intake appointment, pushing my care back two full weeks. For someone seeking mental health support, two weeks is not a minor inconvenience. It can feel like an eternity. What troubles me most is the question this raises: if a facility cannot follow well-established federal disability law, one of the most basic legal protections afforded to people with disabilities, what confidence can patients have that other standards of care are being upheld? A mental health facility should be a place of safety, dignity, and compassion. What I experienced was the opposite. I cannot in good conscience recommend RedPoint to anyone seeking professional mental health care in Longmont.

However, it resulted in a serious knee injury that later required surgery. I had a very difficult recovery. The latest surgery was the second I had on my right knee. I was unable to walk for months. I used a cane for months. It was the absolute worst. I could not walk. I could not climb stairs without significant pain. I was at the end of my rope. I was going to physical therapy three times a week. Still no results... But then... While on business in the Boulder area. I met Tyler and her healing gifts. I had a total of three treatments from her. I was skeptical at first, but I felt much better after the first treatment. I then came in for my second treatment and I noticed I was using my cane less. By the third treatment, although I still had pain I was soon able to climb a stair. Ok, I know what you are thinking: you climbed a stair... big whoop... Well Chata! You have to understand, I could not support myself without assistance. My swelling was substantially less and the resulting pain was reduced by at least half. Tyler had a monumental impact on my healing. I wish that I could go to her more regularly but I live in Phoenix. I offered her a ticket out here but she kindly declined. I would recommend Tyler to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor! Go see Tyler!

I booked a transformation cut so we had time to discuss and go over photos. Sahara honestly came in with an attitude and at one point scoffed "there's a lot going on here" (well, yeah, transformations are a big deal). She cut the bangs as shown in the photos which was not what we discussed at all. When I expressed displeasure she went and got a different employee who refused to validate my concerns but tried to clean it up and then hurriedly ushered me out without rescheduling (guess I'm banned now). Anyways, if you want bangs, do NOT go here. They used the excuse that Sahara was not confident cutting bangs (but didn't bother contacting me in advance to reschedule my appt and were happy to let her cut these). I sought acupuncture initially for persistent nasal congestion and digestive problems. Suzan could not have been more attentive and gentle. Within 4 weeks I started to notice a difference. I was feeling better, but I also noticed that the puffiness around my eyes was decreasing. I then became interested in acupuncutre for facial rejuvenation.
