I rarely write reviews, unless my service is exceptionally good or bad. I have been to quite a few shops, either for body or mechanical work and it's always the same story. It always takes longer than they say, or they try to sell me on things I don't need, lack of communication, or something else. Thomas and the guys here at Longmont Auto Body & Glass are AMAZING!! I had a spot on my 2013 F150 where the paint was chipping and peeling and I knew it was going to rust eventually. I took it in late Monday afternoon and they promised it would be done by the end of the day Friday. I'll be honest, I didn't believe them, only because I've had every other body shop/mechanic tell me the same thing and it's never done on time. Thomas called me Thursday morning saying it was ready and I was shocked! Their work is outstanding, you can't even tell there was any work done! The black paint matches perfectly, and most importantly, their customer service is exceptional! They genuinely care about their customers and that's rare to find these days. I would highly recommend these guys! I was recently in an accident and totaled my car - the damage wasn't too bad, but my car was older and wasn't worth very much, so insurance wrote it off. I had to decide whether to pay out-of-pocket to fix it, or to salvage it and get a newer car. Tomas and his crew did a great job preparing a detailed repair estimate and made suggestions for which parts I could get used and which repairs I could skip (mostly cosmetic stuff) to save money. What impressed me the most is that they did not push to get my business and gave me their honest, objective opinion on my vehicle. My truck door got yanked out of my grasp during the windstorm of December 15, 2021. Other body shops couldn't look at my truck door until March, but Ricardo Orozco and Longmont Auto Body and Glass got me in the next Tuesday. They found a door for my 2016 Nissan Frontier in Texas, ordered it and had my truck in the shop on January 13, 2022. Today I picked up my truck and you cannot tell what happened. They did excellent work matching the paint job, and repaired the front quarter panel to flawlessly match the original paint. Just got my truck back from this shop for some work due to vandalism (replace outside mirror and side window, plus trim, molding, etc.). I had a tight deadline for getting the work done, due to an upcoming trip. They would have met my schedule perfectly but for a faulty part, but they had the replacement part overnighted to the shop and got me out the next day. The service from Roxanne, Tomas, and Ricardo was great, the work appears to be flawless, and they worked on their own with my insurance company. I'm happy with the experience and the job well done, and I recommend them highly. read more

Thomas and his crew did a great job for a frame swap due to an accident bending the old frame. Dodge Ram 2500 with alot of mods, like 1 ton axles and 5" lift and suspension upgrades. They also replaced some of the front body and engine components. I had them fully paint all the frame and drive train parts while they had it all apart. Looks so much better than new. Did not cut any corners, got it all safe to drive again. Alot of extra work due to the size of everything. Great shop and staff, highly recomend them for accident repair to complete restoration or paint job. read more

Hands down the best body shop I have ever worked with! My Land Cruiser was hit by another driver and the back quarter panel was completely smashed. They did an amazing job fixing the damage and the car looks like new. Tomas and his team worked with the insurance through the whole process to get everything taken care of. They did a great job on my truck and had it done in a reasonable time frame. They have excellent customer service and took care of everything. I noticed a couple of very minor details that needed attention after picking up my truck and they made it right quickly with no questions asked. I was very pleased with the repair and painting that Longmont Auto body did on my Subaru Outback. They replaced the door behind the driver's door that had a large vertical dent and repaired a dent in the driver's door. They did an excellent job of painting and blending the paint on the damaged side of the car - front to back and around the windows. I would definitely use them again. read more

Exceptional work for a very reasonable price. I was impressed with service from Tomas and how quickly they completed the work on my Subaru which had extensive front end damage.
