Highly recommend. I had a dent at the bottom of my door and a plastic trim that was on backorder for 6 weeks. I thought they wouldn't be able to get it out and fix it, but they not only did that, they were able to salvage the old plastic trim so my car could have the bottom of the door covered until the part came from the manufacturer. They went above and beyond the service requested. I thought they would charge me extra but they kept to the estimate / quote which was very honest. Wow, just WOW. I could not be more pleased!!! I've had Dents by Hand work on my car twice. The first time was just cosmetic repairs. The second time, When I first arrived, Michael Hand, the owner, noticed that the passenger side door was catching; he immediately fixed that, he said, so it would not cause further problems. He didn't charge me for that! They took such great care of my car. It looked like new when I picked it up. The second time was for more significant dents, due to a collision I'd been involved with. I wasn't sure if he could make it look as good as before, but because of the first repair they'd done, I wanted to try. Oh, my goodness, it is unbelievable! It once again looks brand new!! Wes, the dent tech was absolutely incredible as well, making quick work of the minor dings on my door, while still engaging in conversation with me while he worked, which was nice and made the waiting process basically non-existent. Wow. I am so grateful and impressed with this business! After driving my new car for three weeks, I got a massive door ding. I got a quote from another company but it was 40% higher and would require a whole day. After I hired Dents by Hand to have the work done, I couldn't have been more pleased! The customer service was second to none and I had my car back in 2-3 hours time. To top it off, a month or so later my 4 yo son closed the garage door on my open trunk. You will leave full with a food coma unable to drive home...haha REVIEW: Several months back Michael provided a cost estimate based on several images of the dings I sent via email. Due to a busy schedule I could not make it up to Boulder to have the repairs completed. A month later I finally had a weekday off and was able to make it to Boulder. Contacted Dents by Hand and coordinated a next day time with Lindsay. Lindsay was very professional and was easy to work with to schedule a date/time. The next day I began my trip to Boulder, due to my iPhone map app I got lost on my way there. Called Lindsay and she patiently got me back on track to their location which happened to be across from one of my old Mexican food eateries, Efrains. Upon arrival they greeted me and immediately began the work, 10 minutes later they were done. Looked great! I am OCD prone, detailed oriented, and a car enthusiast, the work completed by Wes was superior. Wes even cleaned up a couple other small dings without asking him to since I had paid for 30 minutes of repair time. He was able to do all of this under 30 minutes which is ridiculous! Wow! I was skeptical about the three five-star reviews until I saw if for myself. I stupidly dented my car door on a post enough so that the trim would no longer attach (don't ask) and didn't want to put a cosmetic fix on insurance. My previous experience with any auto body work is you're lucky to see your car in less than 3 days. With a snow storm coming in and the fact that there are no reasonable grocery stores within 5 miles that wasn't going to work for me. I explained to Mike, the owner, that I could fix the trim myself, but not the metal work. He was up front that he wasn't absolutely certain that he could fix the dent without repainting (for which he will send you to another shop) but he gave it a go. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had my Lexus and a Toyota 4runner damaged by hail ( hundreds of dings!). They were extremely professional and friendly setting up my appointment. I dropped my car off and they kept me up to date on the progress with the insurance company and the work on the car. They completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. When I went to pick up the Lexus I was amazed at how great a job they had done. My lexus is 15 years old and it looked like is just came off the showroom floor! Not one visible ding on the whole car. (They said they repaired the other previous door dings on the car for free!). They also had cleaned the inside of my car! I had the same experience with my 4runner as well. They told me they could fix it then it turned out that they could only improve the dent. They reduced the size by about 50% touched it up with paint and it is for sure less noticeable. I'm a car guy-I've had all kinds of hot rods and I do most of my own car detailing. I have a 5 year old BLACK Mini Cooper that has sentimental value to me and won't ever sell it. After daily driving, you accumulate door dings and random dents so I decided to get some pros help out. The shop is first of all clean and organized (which bodes well when selecting any shop) and the customer service was very accommodating. The actual work was near flawless with 99% of the dents coming out laser straight. No waves at all. The only dent that I could see anything was one that had a center paint nick.
