I brought my car here to have the windshield replaced. A day after the install, I noticed scratches on the hood and on the roof where they had taken off a satellite antenna. As you can see in the attached pictures, the scratches are large, deep, and the rest of the vehicle's paint is in like-new condition. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of caring, he immediately went to defensive mode and stated "the hood is not our work area and we don't lay tools on it or around the car" and "the area of the scratch on the roof is way off of where we were working". But in fact, the scratch on the roof is EXACTLY where the antenna was. The manager promised me video of the time my car was in the bay. He said he emailed it but I never got it. Convenient excuse. He also said that he reviewed the video and couldn't see anything due to the sun glare. Also a convenient excuse. He did offer me "half the cost of professional buffing". The only right solution to this is total cost of professional buffing, or a free windshield, because Innova scratched my car in two places with careless work. read more

I am so happy that I found Innova Autoglass, and used them to get my Infiniti's windshield replaced. From the moment that I talked with Jesse on the phone, I knew that my car was in good hands. He was very professional, found me the exact same OEM windshield, and was willing to work around my busy schedule. We initially scheduled to have the windshield replaced remotely at my house (*I didn't even know that they could do that), but upon further inspection, they decided that it would be better to do it in their shop due to the complexity of my vehicle and the fact that they wanted to take their time with the repair. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they wanted to do the job correctly the first time. I rescheduled to have my windshield replaced in their shop, and was out of there with a brand new windshield in a couple of hours. I chose to wait in their waiting room during the repair, and can attest that it was comfortable, and the wifi was fast. Incredibly shoddy workmanship. After windshield installation trim pieces on both sides fell off. Turns out that the installation was terribly done, and now the windshied, molding and retainer pieces will all need to be replaced at considerable expense. Innova refuses to take responsibility for their very sub par work. Between their shoddy work and refusal to stand behind it, this is a business that should most definitely be avoided. read more

I picked this company based on the preponderance of good reviews. Things seemed alright in the beginning--until I removed the tape after three days. Not only were there gaps where adhesive should have been but the windshield was installed slightly crooked. There was squeaking and creaking...until that first rock hit the glass...it hit on the top right hand side and the crack raced from one side to the other--clearly, the glass was stressed due to improper installation. There was also all sorts of debris in the defrost vents, some of which blew out the first time I hit the defroster. Jesse agreed to look at the broken windshield but stood me up both times we were supposed to meet. I didn't have any more time to waste with this liar who clearly wasn't going stand behind his work. I took my car to Precision Auto Glass, which confirmed the crooked installation and sparsity of adhesive--he also pointed out the difference between the adhesive he used and the inferior one used by Innova. With the windshield removed, he also totally cleaned the rest of the debris left by Rodney, the sloth. I've not had to replace many windshields but it's pretty cut-and-dried. Done properly, there shouldn't be any problems. Problems happen...what happens after a problem occurs differentiates worthy companies from the rest. This is the review I was hoping I wouldn't have to make. I gave Jesse OVER A MONTH to make things right on my car and all he did was stroke me along. Here's what happened. I wanted to have my windshield changed at the shop, because I've heard that's the best way to insure a good job, but couldn't find a good time so I scheduled a Thursday morning at a remote location for 9am. At about 1pm, a big, unruly looking guy and his lazy sidekick showed up, unannounced, to replace my glass. If you've looked at Innova's website, with the stock photo of two lily-white, professionals installing a windshield...think the polar opposite of that photo. Rodney got started and the best I could do was check on him, now and then. In order to replace the front glass, the moldings around it must be removed, as well as the molding that runs from the base of the windshield, over the doors and down the back...that molding is a long and expensive to replace hunk of rubber which, on my car, was in perfect condition...moldings such as that don't wear out, particularly on garaged cars, such as mine. Well, when Rodney had finished, there was masking tape all around the edge of the glass and he told me not to remove it or wash the car for three days. It wasn't until I returned home that I noticed the expensive molding he'd peeled back had been sliced through...as if with a razor knife. I called Jesse who said he'd check with Rodney and get back with me. An hour later, Rodney called with some lame excuse, intimating the molding was already like that. It wasn't. He finally admitted he did it and said he'd find a replacement from a wrecking yard and replace the one he damaged. I waited for a week...nothing. I called and Jesse said he would take over and stated he ordered a new one from Nissan which would take a week for delivery. Fine. Ten days later, no call...so I called, and he said he'd call the dealer to see if the part came in. He texted back, said it would be in in two days and we set an appt. The next day he texted to say the molding he told me was ordered actually couldn't be found, new. I gave him another week and a half before texting to see what was what. Again, stroke, stroke, stroke...it was all just one big stall. Oh, and when I pulled the tape off from around the edges after the three days, I discovered the absolute sloppiest job with adhesive where it shouldn't have been and none where there should be! So, now I have to go out and find and BUY a replacement molding, as it protects from water entering the car AND find a detail shop with the proper solvents to, hopefully, clean up Rodney's big mess. Who knows, Jesse might be a good glass man...but you will probably be taken care of by a contractor...and Jesse is a POOR judge of other contractors' work. I'd say he''s he's a poor judge of character, as well, but he's no better or he'd stand behind the work of his contractors...and he did not. What started out as a simple windshield replacement is anything but...all because of one schlocky contractor and the owner who hired him. read more
