Wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Mulch King and their amazing…read more staff. It was right before the long holiday weekend (Memorial Day) when everyone gets to work on their gardens. I decided I needed 3 yards of garden soil and sent Mulch King an email. I was planning on things taking longer due to the holiday, but by the next morning, on Thursday, I had heard back from owner Andrew who reported he could help out and on Friday the delivery arrived. The person who I placed the order with over the phone as well as the person making the delivery were professional and courteous and made sure I was happy with everything, in addition, I received a follow up email from owner Andrew making sure I was taken care of. The soil was of excellent quality. A total positive experience. I highly recommend Mulch King.

My mom's best friend from Florida sent a beautiful bouquet for her birthday! The only thing that…read moreseemed strange is that the person delivering the flowers gave them to my mom's home nurse to bring to the door. I was initially confused whether the flowers were from her nurse or from someone else. The nurse clarified after reading the card that they were from my mom's best friend in Florida. Still, it created an awkward situation and I think the florist's delivery person should have brought them to the door rather than handing off to my mom's home nurse. The flowers were lovely and I will post a picture. My mom loved the flowers but didn't love the delivery.

What was delivered is a horrible arrangement of carbon-copy, throw-away funeral flowers in some sort of cobbled-together, trashy, white box without any of the colors of the arrangement we paid for. AND WHO THE HELL PUTS A FRICKIN SQUIRREL IN A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT FOR A FUNERAL!!! - NEVER USING THIS FLORIST AGAIN! They should refund the entire purchase for making such a laughing stock at a funeral, but they sell through a teleflora-fronted website, don't have email, and won't answer the phone.
