I decided I needed 3 yards of garden soil and sent Mulch King an email. I was planning on things taking longer due to the holiday, but by the next morning, on Thursday, I had heard back from owner Andrew who reported he could help out and on Friday the delivery arrived. The person who I placed the order with over the phone as well as the person making the delivery were professional and courteous and made sure I was happy with everything, in addition, I received a follow up email from owner Andrew making sure I was taken care of. The soil was of excellent quality. A total positive experience. I highly recommend Mulch King.

We purchased a GE (white front) dishwasher, on August 8, 2025, that had a number of issues and had to be returned. Cory helped us locate a Whirlpool (white front) dishwasher and started the return process, on August 26, 2025. We had a number of problems (complete disaster) with the Delivery/Install Service (RAS Logistics). Caleb (front desk) Customer Service began dealing with them. Jackie (front desk) Customer Service took over and continued to help us by contacting the Delivery Co., making sure that our credit card was refunded, for the GE dishwasher and keeping us informed at all times. Jackie is a TRUE Professional.

Then I come in to try and pick out doors only to get an estimate for the wrong size doors? So that has set me back yet another week. Now I have to wait until later this week for another call back cause phone tag is my favorite thing. Why is this so complicated?
