There were not a lot of reviews although they were all 5 stars. I've had about 4 sessions for what may be an injury that may be result of my football playing days. I was a little apprehensive to come here although right from the start Erica at the front desk and Hussein the physical therapist were extremely customer friendly and professional. Although it's early, I'm confident Hussein will help me get past this injury. I can tell by his interactions with my self and other customers that he is well liked by all. Hussain shows genuine care and his process and home exercises seem to be working. It's a small space although that allows the experience to be more personal. It's clean, everyone is wearing a mask and they take precautions for the COVID-19 pandemic seriously. There are a few machines for exercising other items such as stretch bands exercise balls, etc. I've observed they are sanitizing between patients, they have sanitizer at the ready and the office is well lit. Currently hours are limited to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday's. I would highly recommend Hussein and Northway Physical Therapy for any physical therapy needs. Hopefully I will not have to make therapy a habit although if I have to come here I'm confident the experience will be a great one.

The physical therapists were very kind to her and often discussed not only her injuries but her over all wellbeing. She often expressed to me that she didn't realize how much pain she had actually been experiencing until she was no longer feeling it. I am very thankful that we have them as a resource in the area. They made sure that when my daughter returned to her normal activities she was actually stronger than before her injury.

She always takes your concerns seriously and will refer you to specialists who can help with issues. She is also very kind and compassionate and unlike other doctors will call to follow up with you. I have not had such a good doctor since my favorite pediatrician retired. I also like that because its appointment based, you do not need to wait hours in a packed waiting room where you're ironically very likely to catch something. And from my experience I'm generally able to get an appointment same day or the next day.

Also, I usually never wait for over fifteen minutes and I am most definitely out in less than an hour. For today's visit, I arrived at 10:00am on a Tuesday for my sore throat. The nurse quickly checked my vitals and my weight and afterwards, I waited for about 10 minutes before heading into Dr. Pangs office. She asked me what my complaint was and after answering that and a few questions (medications, vaccinations, etc), she performed a quick physical exam (examining the tonsils, checking lymph nodes, checking for a spleen enlargement) and a throat culture. As a nursing student, I clearly know AND saw that she was doing everything required for the focused assessment. Now I wanted to point out that Dr Pang truly is looking out for her patients. Because there was no sign of a bacterial infection, she treated me as a viral patient and did not prescribe to me antibiotics. There are doctors that just end up prescribing antibiotics during times like this, hoping to please the patient or to just clear out all of the bacteria. However, Dr Pang told me that she will give me a call in 2 days, with the culture results, and told me to be in contact in case anything gets worse. She did not want to unnecessarily give me antibiotics which can lead to fatigue/antibiotic resistance. TRUE DOCTOR, RIGHT THERE.

When I came for my first appointment in January 2022, Dr. Chris (who is the same person I initially met) listened to my ailments and explained clearly the process we would do to get rid of my back pain. I've been coming for 3 months now and do feel a lot better. I'm doing minor exercises to strengthen my back. I love the TENS, a massage, and some vibrating machine he uses to finish relaxing the back muscles! Dr. Chris is very professional, he listens, and does not talk condensendingly as some doctors do. He is flexible with the schedule. He's available in Brooklyn on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 10:30. The facility is kept clean.
