There were not a lot of reviews although they were all 5 stars. I've had about 4 sessions for what may be an injury that may be result of my football playing days. I was a little apprehensive to come here although right from the start Erica at the front desk and Hussein the physical therapist were extremely customer friendly and professional. Although it's early, I'm confident Hussein will help me get past this injury. I can tell by his interactions with my self and other customers that he is well liked by all. Hussain shows genuine care and his process and home exercises seem to be working. It's a small space although that allows the experience to be more personal. It's clean, everyone is wearing a mask and they take precautions for the COVID-19 pandemic seriously. There are a few machines for exercising other items such as stretch bands exercise balls, etc. I've observed they are sanitizing between patients, they have sanitizer at the ready and the office is well lit. Currently hours are limited to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday's. I would highly recommend Hussein and Northway Physical Therapy for any physical therapy needs. The physical therapists were very kind to her and often discussed not only her injuries but her over all wellbeing. She often expressed to me that she didn't realize how much pain she had actually been experiencing until she was no longer feeling it. I am very thankful that we have them as a resource in the area. I'm shocked I didn't write a review back then! Im here to get treatment on my back after having a baby. Being pregnant took a toll on my body and an MRI revealed 2 herniated discs. So far all my sessions begin with a few minutes on a stim machine, with a hot compress. After that, my therapist will do manual work/massge therapy on my back (my favorite part!) and at the end she will guide me through exercises. I really love that they don't just give me a piece of paper, direct me toward a machine, & let me do the exercise on my own (lots of PT practices do exactly that) but rather my PT is right there with me, guiding me through the exercises and making sure my form and position are correct. They also have a really need portal you can log into where your therapist sends you an exercise program for you to do at home. That portal offers a shirt description.of each exercise, including a 'how to' video and there's even a space for you to send notes to your therapist. When you complete an exercise you get "points". It's super motivating for me and gameifying homework is always a plus. Outside of that the office is always clean & presentable. The staff is very friendly (entire staff from reception to interns to PTs) and professional. I've seen a few of the PTs here and they're all amazing. This is a really special place and I actually looking forward to my sessions! Kinda weird to write such a detailed review of a PT office but I love them that much and I'm slowly feeling and getting better and better so I had to give them props and show some love.
