Was in ER ...for both leg and lung issues...told treating only leg...so x-rays...then a guy stand…read morethere saying hey hey...your oxygen is at 70 % ...then I pass out again and he says hey hey...same thing...but instead of giving me oxygen he says you probably should get a CPAP...and then goes away... meanwhile my face was severely bloated like I was allergic to something...and since the ambulance did not bring my rollator which I asked the to...they sent me home in an ambulance. I went to hospitality ER and was given appropriate care for leg face swelling and asthma/oxygen issues.

I had a problem with a test taken there.. the test administrator decided to follow her own opinions instead of following the actual rules of what the test states. Cassy and I went back-and-forth for a while and she said some rude things and I really do not appreciate and clearly stated that her license and opinion matter more than what the test said or what the test instructions say. Which I do understand and I commend her for trying to follow the roles best that she can, but I don't think that should give you the right to decide when something is positive or negative when the manufacturers of the test clearly say that a faint line is negative. All of that aside I was very very easily able to get in contact with higher management very quickly, which was very surprising. Kim, the woman who was finally able to resolve the issue was absolutely fantastic., she did not feed around the bush. She apologized, admitted the mistake and got the issue resolved. When I came back up here to get the form showing that my test was negative there was a little bit more confusion and I was working with Serena this time, she was also extremely polite and courteous was not snappy or had any sort of attitude, and she helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend People to visit this location. If they are needing to take a test, I would just ask for it to not be administered by Cassidy.

She was an intense listener and well focused on her patient. My regular provider has failed consistently for the last two years. Nancy and HCE absolutely saved the day (and me). You're under an oath to provide care. Needless to say my mom was discharged with pneumonia and had to be wheeled out of the hospital, later that same day my mom coded and had to be resuscitated in the ambulance...she died 4 days later. Please please please don`t take any one to this hospital, it needs to be shut down and hopefully two people will be losing their license to practice. My rating is TOTAL FAILURE

She was also very nurturing and compassionate and she cared for me as if i were her only patient. But....the doctor who treated me went above and beyond in my opinion and he made me feel like a person and not just a patient. His name is Dr. Freimer and with the exception of a couple of other doctor's ive seen there, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He was so attentive and compassionate. He took the time to actually listen to me and then did what he felt was best for my care while accepting my input. He was thorough and extremely kind and I am so thankful that he was the doctor who was there that day. He restored my faith in believing that great doctor's who actually listen AND give the appropriate individual care still exist. So THANK YOU DR. FREIMER for being exactly who you are! I pray that God blesses you tenfold for using your gift for the betterment of mankind.

He is genuine, he listens, he is calm, patient, and kind. On top of that he is extremely intelligent. He knows what he is doing and made me feel secure when delivering my child.
