Three days after the installation, the unit outside stopped working. One week later, the heat stopped working. Daniel came to my home and charged me $400 to fix a thermostat wire. Two weeks later, the outside began to freeze up. I have contacted Daniel multiple times, and he refuses to respond. Daniel continually replies back that I need to text him. Daniel answered my call from another number, and when he realized it was me, he hung up. Beware, as he has signs posted around the area claiming to do A/C & Heat Service for $45 to call 828-218-2484.
