She was still withdrawn the next two days. I'm not sure what happened to her. We were told she needed behavioral classes before returning, due to barking, trying to join two dogs in their play. Editing to add that I posted the comment immediately after speaking with a representative of the business who told me different info than what the business owner replied. She asked if my senior dog had been boarded before and I said yes, explaining that I travel around the country and board my dogs quarterly and send them to daycare monthly. She was clear that they have phased out accepting senior dogs who haven't been their clients. She also said I needed several days of daycare to assess temperament. It sounds like there may be some disconnects between this company's policies and what their reps say. This can probably be remedied with some training.
