Picking some where to trust your child to is a hard decision!! One daycare we looked at was dark and depressing and we both immediately said no way! It's funny but one of my deciding factors on picking a place is it should be bright and open. We ended up picking KETK, which has been a great decision! I know each of the staff on first name basis, when we come in the morning everyone says "Hi Mika", each teacher knows her, and even at 3 years old she has a curriculum to follow each day and age appropriate goals she needs to hit! Miss Maggie is the main manager and a pleasure to work with she always informs me if anything is going on at school, and they can communicate thru an app which is very convenient! Daycare is expensive, but this place includes all meals which is a big perk, so I don't have to worry about making lunch for her each day. She will be starting VPK here this year and I'm excited to start the next chapter! Also I love their outdoor play area, they have 2 separate areas one for the 1 and 2 year olds and one for the 3 and 4's! And both areas nicely shaded, so the kids aren't out there baking!
