Claudia Alejandra 8 reviews 5 hours ago NEW All well until recently, when CEO Lori expressed herself disrespectful, explosive and abrupt during my son's session because I simply made a ONE time request in two months to try something different during my son's therapy session because he was no longer receptive to the process, non-stop crying and had a nose bleed. I had to make a change and find a place where I can communicate with the therapist during an intense session, where my son may or may not be processing the therapy due to his state of mind. As a dedicated and committed mother that spends 24/7 with my son and challenges him every day to be better, I would think that Tribe would work with me and understand the ONE time I requested - if we can try something else due to my son's state of mind as an autistic child. I know my son and that particular therapy practice at that moment was no longer benefiting him due to his state of mind and physical reaction. After the session he had petechiae and still had it the day after due to excessive crying and being that upset. I am the first person to challenge my son and push him to be better, but I also know when to back off because it's not going anywhere. Lori and Cameron have stated how well I know my son and how receptive he is to me and how surprised Lori is of our very close relationship and affectionate connection. Lori has also stated that my son has high functioning autism , So why wouldn't a therapist understand and communicate effectively and politely with the parent that understands her child better than anyone else? When I requested if we can try something else it was because I know that my son would have calmed down and his mind would be open to learning again and that would give us the opportunity to have a productive therapy session, but instead Lori barked at me and said "YOU WANT TO END THE SESSION?" "IF YOU DON'T TRUST US YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!" & storms out of the room. I didn't say end the session. I didn't say we're done for the day. I didn't say stop. I simply requested if we could try something else. Lori's reaction after my request is unstable, unacceptable and shocking coming from a CEO & a business owner. I could not believe that a "professional" would act like a teenage girl not getting her way - storming out of the room because she didn't get what she wanted. Lori the CEO demonstrated how professional she is and how much she actually cared for my son's well- being by reacting in such an ill- manner infront of my son. The CEO highs and lows range of emotions and abrupt behavior are concerning. Her harsh and untactful way of communication shows me she is not open to working with my son and I. I have never been spoken to that way, especially in a setting where the goal is to help a child with autism reach his potential. I have never missed a session. I have never canceled. I am always 10 minutes early for our appointments. I practice at home all the treatments learned in tribe. I show up for tribe events to show support. I send videos of my son's progress, and this is how you treat us for a one-time request. I appreciate the assistance thus far. Thank you for your services.

The staff is friendly and the APRNs that are there with her are so knowledgeable, sweet and compassionate. Dr. Kostur is very knowledgeable and listens to all of our concerns as parents and guides us through whatever our kids are experiencing. I would continue bring my kids to her and refer her practice to others as much as possible.

We had seen them in January with no issues! The main and only doctor there,, Dr. Y has left the practice although he's listed on the website. No communication to their patients about him leaving. We were only told about it when we asked about the bill we received. There was no mention of the PNP who she saw when making the appointment of not accepting this major insurance when we visited. We are now saddled with $275 bill. Staff was super rude and brushed us off. Told us to speak to our insurance company about it and proceeded to interact with other people in the background and ignore me on the phone. Avoid at all costs! Literally.

We're so blessed to have found Chelsea earlier this year. It became apparent that my 2 year old was…read morebehind in speech, and being at home most of 2020 definitely didn't help. It was a rocky start (he wasn't used to seeing others besides his dad and myself) but it only took a couple of sessions for him to love seeing Chelsea and participating actively during the session. Not only has his speech improved (we started with less than 5 words and were at 50+ after only 8 sessions!), but he's also improved in socializing with others and playing with toys appropriately. Chelsea was able to determine his needs quickly and plan out sessions specifically tailored to him. She is a true professional and has been great with communication and accommodating us. We've been coming here to beaches pediatrics at Bartram location for almost 2 years now. I was…read moreimpressed with Dr. Oles when I did the tour at the office before had my baby and in comparison to the other pediatric place near by, I enjoyed this place more. This is their 2nd location so it's smaller and usually only has 2 pediatricians on site. The lobby is open and clean, the front desk MA usually greets us using our child's name, which I'm very pleased with because it makes us feel familiar and comfortable. The check up rooms are small with very few equipments (bed, 2-3 chairs, scale and sanitizer container) and no sink to wash our hands or the doctor's, hopefully they'll improve that in the near future. Our scheduled well visit usually doesn't take longer than an hour and a half. The medical assistants do all the prep work on the child, weigh, measure, triage before the doctor comes in. Dr. Oles is very quick, almost too quick..sometimes! I had to slow her down and ask questions so we could have a better understanding of the diagnosis at our last appointment. I do feel like they rush us out of the office at some of our appointments but I suppose that's normal in all doctors offices, nowadays. I would recommend this office if your baby doesn't get sick often and you enjoy the express lane check up.
