After having a very negative experience with trying to book a 3D ultrasound at another nearby facility in westchase, I decided to call Look Whos Kickin to see if I'd have any better luck here. When I called to inquire about availability, the owner Carlos answered all my questions over the phone. I didn't commit to booking an appointment during the first call but let him know I would call back to proceed later. 2 hours later he texted me to offer a "special" and see if I wanted to make an appointment for that evening or the upcoming saturday. He got me. I booked for that night but was not interested in the upgraded package special he was trying to promote. While their prices are competitive, it states on their website they will match competitors and he did (reluctantly) agree to match a basic package price of the first facility that I had tried to go to when i mentioned it. However he was being kind of pushy for me to get the upgraded longer package appointment he originally offered and said something like "my tech is driving a long way to come in just for you tonight, so I want to make it worth his time". Huh? Am I not the customer here? Isn't the customer supposed to be first priority rather than the employee? This left me a bit perplexed and scratching my head, but I went forward with it anyway. I arrived a few minutes early and the tech was ready for us to get started. I was really excited to see my little ones face in 3d action! The facility where the ultrasounds are done is really nothing more than a closet sized office, big enough for the expecting mom and a few guests. The room is kept dark and peaceful with nice relaxing music. The tech was friendly enough and made small talk along the way. I personally would have been more comfortable with a female sonographer, but that's just my personal preference. The whole experience was supposed to last about 15 minutes but he ended up taking 45 minutes which was a nice bonus. Part of the reason it took so long is he was having a hard time determining the gender. He ultimately "guessed" at the end but gave me a different answer than what my doctor already confirmed "for sure" 2 times at recent appointments so that was a bit concerning. Since he was simply guessing I'm going to disregard it and stick with what my doctor said but it still made me panic for a moment! Overall I enjoyed the experience for the most part and we were able to get some clear face photos, which was my main purpose of coming here. At the end I received a CD with 29 photos (both black/white 2D and 3d color photos), but my package was also supposed to include a handful of printouts. However the machine jammed up when printing and the tech tossed them out. He reprinted but only gave me 1 small photo and I had to print more myself at a local photo store. Would have appreciated a few more prints. Final verdict: While they could stand to improve in a few regards, they are one of the few "just for fun" 3D places in the area, so I would likely still recommend them to others. read more

Borderline scam. He is not equipped to do ultrasounds! I paid $150 and did not get one quality photos. He said it was because of the position of the baby. This may be true but if that were the case he should continue to bring me in until he gets at least one quality photo. Beware - his competitors WILL bring you in until they get it. I had talked with the owner about the gender reveal package and it was 80 dollars and 10 mins long or I could do a larger package which was 45 mins and came with a lot more pictures. I opted for the 125 package because I came with family and wanted to spend some quality baby time and get lots of good pictures if possible. The office was nice and I enjoyed the setting. Private, dim lights, soft music, and a nice sectional for family to sit in. The guy (Marco the owner I believe) was nice but I would have preferred a woman technician (just preference). He could not tell the gender the whole way through and seemed to be having trouble (I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I don't want to assume I know someone's job better than they do). He also kept saying he was giving me extra time though we haven't even came close to hitting the 45 min mark. We left without knowing the gender and wasn't given the option of coming back to try again. Also was given 5 poor pictures upon leaving and told that he would email me the rest. He never did. I had to contact him almost 3 weeks later to get them and I was disappointed in quality. I would not recommend this place at all. The same day I went to sneak a peak boutique in Tampa, it was less expensive, a woman technician who I could tell knew her job very well, told me I was having a boy, gave me a lot of great pictures immediately on cd, and told me that the first place should have been able to tell the sex because it was obvious at how many weeks I was. Sneak a peak also offered on the website that if the baby was in a awkward position where you couldn't see the gender, you could come back for free within 2 weeks. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to know the babies sex early. read more

Marco was WONDERFUL! He was kind, caring and an absolute professional! The office was comfortable and reminded us more of a spa! The dim lighting and music made the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxing. His gender predictions were right on the money! We were given pictures and a dvd of the scan, plus emailed pictures. my son came down to visit from Chicago and I wanted to see my first grandson, so I made appointment, tech was really nice and friendly but the owner MARCO on the other hand just wants money.i paid 100 for nothing.. my daughter in laws pics from her doctor in Chicago on regular 2-d were much more legible. the tech gave us a lot of 2-d (regular) pictures. and said sorry we couldn't get any good pics.. I called the owner to try and resolve this, with a refund or something, and obviously he has the "script" down pat.. we rendered services therefore cannot refund money" we were never offered a do over or any kind of credit or refund... total rip off.. plz go to someone else who has a real office.. these guys don't even have a real office..its an HERBALIFE office..
