I know the car like the back of my hand, do you think I wouldn't know if it was already scratched? I also used to own a detail shop in NY so I know all about detail shops, and when I came out of the car wash there was still snow/salt residue on my car. Worst experience and customer service ever!…read more I came to GNV to get the tints done on my X5. 5% all around and 55% on the windshield with the more expensive 3M film and a lifetime warranty for as long as i own the vehicle. After installation I followed all of the directions provided by GNV not opening the windows for 2 days. Almost every window had bubbles with and without dirt specs inside of them. I had to come back to try to get this fixed 4 times. 4th time back, the wrong tint was installed on the front driver side window. There are still bubbles all over and I have stains on the front pillars from him spraying the glue. I also have old glue scrapes all over my front vents after GNV had to re-do the windshield tint. After spending countless hours going back and forth to try to get this resolved, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. GNV then lied in a written statement that I was only given a limited time warranty and I was happy with the work (I have all the photos and letters from my credit card company as proof). Merchants like GNV should not be allowed to run a business. I can't be the only customer who've had an awful experience. This makes me think a lot of the positive reviews on here are not real customers or they got a discount for writing a positive review. Do yourself a favor, pay extra and get the job done right by someone who knows what they're doing.
