This is a review strictly from one in-person visit to install a brought-in headlight replacement for my Hyundai. Prior to driving over to Staten Island, I communicated with their manager through one of their social media platforms. I got pretty quick replies from them and I was informed about the time needed to get everything done and the price for the service. I agreed and proceed to make an appointment with them. Upon arrival, I was greeted by one of their staff and he took my car to their in-door garage and started taking off the bumper within the first 30 minutes. They prefer not to have customers wait inside their garage while their technicians work on your car. Thus I waited at their office/lobby. The office itself have nice decor with TV and seating area, and the 2 bathrooms are nice/clean. Overall I don't have any complaints other than wishing they would've informed me what they were going to do after taking my car away instead of jumping right into the project I requested without giving me any updates in the first 30 minutes. Other than that, these guys are skilled and they finished everything in said time frame. I can see that they have tons of experience working with very expensive car brands so my little hyundai is a cake walk for them. Happy to return in the future for any future projects! I only deal with enthusiasts. Alex, Meir and the squad care to do the best work with reliable, top notch parts. I had HIDs installed as I wanted something premium rather than the no name kit that was on its way out, occasionally having the right bulb not light up, then come back on, and make me worry about getting a ticket. They lasted 3 years and maybe 2300 hours of night driving, which is about the expected lifespan. I had the former no name kit purchased and installed at a competing shop in Brooklyn for $150, with 1 year warranty. Former dude wouldn't even tell me the brand. Oneighty is a complete 180 from that spot. It helped that I came in knowing what I wanted. They are recommended installers from Morimoto. The work is excellent. It was a little pricier ($250) than spots closer to me ($200) for the kit installed, but not outrageously more. I'd rather do it right once for a little more than deal with rookies. I tested my lights out on a long drive back home, out of state. And they work excellent, are aligned great and helped me see on long stretches of unlit highway (why don't taxes cover some lamps out there?). I recommend! read more

Brought them my 2015 e63s fully stock for a wrap/tint job. Must say these guys know what they are doing. When I went in to order the vinyl and told them what I was looking for Alex already knew which vinyls would best match the stock paint I was looking at and it was a bit darker as I wanted it to be. Brought my car in monday noon it was ready friday afternoon wrapped completely by Niel their vinyl specialist. I'm very pleased to say my car looks 10x crazier than it did when I brought it there. They had installed my carbon fiber trunklid spoiler looks sick and they made sure to install it correctly. Hope to do some headlight work soon with these good reviews, aswell as quality portfolio I know these are the guys to go with. Although if you plan to do some work on your car I will advise you to go in and set up an appointment a week to a week an a half prior to when you need your car done to have it done by the time you want it ready with such quality worksmanship what do you expect. I hate to write this negative review but only reason I'm writing this because I hate to see people getting ripped off. I recently went to get my headlight fixed because I was getting moisture on one of the headlight. I called the guy over the phone & he told me he can help me to fix it. I got there & he looked at it & he told me, it could cost me between $500 to $700 or more. It all depends after he open the headlight where he also have to take the bumper off. Then he told me no guarantee on the work & I have to leave the car there for a day. To me, it looked like he actually didn't wanted to do the work instead he gave me high price & wanted me out. I told the guy I am willing to pay up to $400 if he can fix it right away but he said no it will be at least $700 or more & I have to leave the car there over night. Then I went to another place in Coney Island auto glass where shop is not clean & fancy like one eighty but they did the job for $120 with one year warranty. I actually tipped the guy $80 for fixing it on the spot. They fixed the issue within 2 hours & it's been one week no issue. I can understand one eighty does a lot of custom works & I am sure they are expert on those. But for a headlight fixed $700 with no warranty it's insane. If I have to pay them $700 to fix it then I better off buy complete headlight assembly for $1080 & $80 to put it on. Only positive thing I would say their shop is clean & fancy but definitely way over price. If money is not a issue for you custom work on your car then sure that's the right shop. But paying over price for something that don't have any warranty don't make sense on my end. read more

Excellent service staff is knowledgeable about the cars better than the dealership. I got the upgraded DTM kit for my E92 M3. I mailed my lights and they ordered the necessary parts then did the complete upgrade with the blackout kit. It looks so clean my car stands out and the DTM rings are so bright. This place is just to IGNORE, unless you want your time WASTED. Made an appointment (9:00 am) a week before to get my windows tinted. I arrived there just 3 minutes before they open, and they took some other guy in to get his job done first saying that it wont last more than 10 minutes. Oneighty installed Angel Eye Retrofit, New Interior Lenses, Painted my Headlights and Cleaned my exterior lenses, powder coated my wheels and painted my calipers on my 08 m6 Convertible. When my headlights were damaged in transit, they fixed them good as new. The headlights on this car are not easy to work on as bmw designed them to be replaced as a whole and not open. ONEighty were able to help me in my design of my BMW they suggested and recommended that I do it a special way on the rapping of my bottom lip bumper and the rapping of my mirrors also we changed the color of the bmw blue logo to yellow so the calipers they powder painted would pop out from behind the black Rims with the center cap logo yellow and the calipers yellow the work on my car was superb not to mention the installation of the demon eyes gives the car a 2018 look and the car is a 2005 EVERY ONE ASK ME WHAT YEAR IS MY CAR!!! The quality of my vinyl wrap is tops! I have a Tesla Model S and couldn't decide on a color. I knew I wanted a glossy high visibility unique color -which they helped pick for me. Believe me, when I tell you, Tesla drivers and staff did not believe it was a wrap! They thought it was a Tesla factory paint job, even when standing inches from the car. Really like this car wash! I only do hand wash and this place really knows how to treat your car. Prices are a bit steeper than most places but hey..you get what you pay for. This place will have your car looking clean days after the wash. Waiting area is relaxing. Couches, vending machines and games available while you wait. You will see some real expensive cars come through here also. Try and come mid day like 1-4p or real early to beat the line. All in all they do a heck of a job! Come here if you care about your car. If not there is plenty of car washes for cheaper with far less quality of care around. :) read more

Unprofessional... I stopped by one day to get a quote on some modifications on my new car. Tints, vinyl wrapping some components, and a few other things. They gave me an estimate, and said they would call me back in a few days once they got a firm price on some small parts they would need to order. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks, so I went to another shop to start the project. After 2 weeks, i finally get a call from someone who claims I should have been there yesterday. I explained that I didn't hear from them in 2 weeks and that i never agreed to any set date. He tells me they can still do the work and then gives me a price that is 20% higher than the original quote from 2 weeks ago. This is after i already got some of the work done somewhere else. Very unprofessional, and very "bait-n-switch". Can't speak about their work, but their business practices leave a lot to be desired. read more
