I also got some really nice designer pillowcases for $5/set. The "Showroom" side has upholstery and designer fabrics and wallpapers in books and on the wall. They have pretty much every big designer name in there and it seems like they can do any type of window treatment or upholstery. They also have Hunter Douglas, with a ton of samples, which was really helpful to see in-person. Everyone who worked here was SO friendly to me. We didn't want to pay to replace it yet, but didn't have any warrantee and wayfair where we bought it was no help. La-z-boy also didn't want to help us because we bought through wayfair. Jorge used to work for Raymour & Flanagan for 14 years and seemed to know exactly what he was doing from the start. I called and he said to send pictures, that he could come take a look for no evaluation fee. He charged me $320 to replace both manual recliners where the wires snapped on both sides. It was a 45 min job so it might not have been the best price but he did a good job and was very respectful and friendly.

I have a crazy schedule but got off of work early one day and was able to speak with Mike about…read moresome new flooring that would be good for heavy dog traffic. He showed me some options while another gentleman gave me a book to take home and told me to go online and try the flooring in my room online. I called on a Friday to inform them I would be off the following Saturday I was told to call Saturday morning and Bob would be able to help me. I called & Bob came over and took the measurements with no pre-appointment I was able to go back to the store and get some large sample boards and take them home and see how they looked in the lighting in my house awesome customer service by all the staff. Starting in August 24, 2023 Mike called me back with a price for the work I needed done. Him & his staff Sabrina & Bob were absolutely awesome. Fortunately & unfortunately for me when Sabrina & crew came by to lay the floor down my subflooring was rotted & when I asked about the kitchen I was told my dishwasher was placed under the subfloor & if the floor was put in & the dishwasher failed or needed to be replaced (which I was planning on) the floor, countertops & cabinets would have to be ripped out. Wait! What?! Dayum! Wasn't expecting that. Because of their honesty & integrity I later found out that The back room was improperly installed on a wooden deck that is rotting and sinking into the ground so now my back room has to be demolished and rebuilt! UGHH!! And to think all because I wanted a new floor. Soooooo! Now all these months later I'm still figuring out what needs to be remodeled & what actually can be remodeled. Not having fun yet. But I'm grateful for A-1 Carpets help with giving me a contractor's number & working with my crazy work schedule. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. 3-27-2022
