Multiple other contractors told us this would not be possible and were pushing us to just paint them, which we did not want to do, or even just replace them with new cabinets, which was out of budget. Bob came in and saved the day, making what we wanted to accomplish seem like no big deal and just another standard project for him! He worked with our budget, professionally stripping down all the cabinets and staining them a custom color he created for our vision. He completed the work in a shorter timeframe than quoted, and when I collected the dresser it looked like new again (which TJ did say he could probably do!). TJ offered to collect / deliver the furniture; he was very easy to work with and very communicative; and I definitely recommend his work very highly. Brian replaced my entire braking system, performed an oil change, thoroughly inspected the vehicle, checked all of my fluids and critical components, and even provided photo documentation so I could see exactly what was done. That level of transparency is incredibly rare. What impressed me even more was his honesty. I was fully expecting a much higher bill based on the quality of the work, but he actually undercharged me. I ended up tipping him because I genuinely felt like I owed him more than what he charged. Brian is humble, down-to-earth, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. We scheduled a time for repair, and he completed the job within the time frame, which was important to me because I need my car, and I have been to VW and they schedule a service but in a 8 hour window to be completed.
