(Even though when you order the new frame, you can order it pre-hung so asking how I don't know how to do. Howie told me he would install the door with his helper. 1st lie, OWNER sent his employee with a young helper and he never came by to inspect work or assist with installation as he told me. After the door was installed I took a quick look and thought it was good. After installers left I noticed they had cut my new chair railing tile. Very expensive on the wrong side of the door, leaving a large gap between the tile and new door. I immediately called and spoke to Howie. He asked for photos and said he would stop in a couple hours (it was about 2pm) when we spoke.. Howie never stopped by or called. His secretary said he stopped by and I wasn't there. 2nd lie as my girlfriend and I never left and were there all day. No word for a week so I stop by his office, he was not there but I met and showed the damage to his brother in law. He agreed the damage needed to be fixed. I left my contact information again, but no response. The following week I called or texted again and Howie asked for more photos, which I sent. Howie said he would stop by the following week. I said I want $150 back for damaged tile. Howie said forget it and he would remove door and give $$ back, still no interest in fixing the damage. My tile guy agreed to fix the tile for free. Howie never took responsibility, never apologized, never compensated me in any way. Would never recommend him and people who ask me about the work know exactly what happened. Very Very disappointed!!!!!! One star is way too much..

Was too careless to cut the backsplash to the windowsill . The cutouts for the outlets were gouged and jagged, not finished. And the worst part: Even though he and I had agreed he would tell me when to visit his store to decide which parts of the slab should go where, he went ahead without notifying me and cut it. He then had his men surprise deliver it to me ( he said they were going to do something different, not delivering). When I wanted to send it back, so that we can look at the entire slab, to see whether I like how he cut it, he became extremely vindictive and told me he would tell his men to " leave the stone on my front step" and " not return." This meant he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. And quit and leave me stuck. He also never comes to your house to supervise or contribute to the work, he leaves everything to the workmen. He also doesn't communicate, not when the slab arrives at his store, so you are deprived from your preferences on which parts you like best. He also fails to tell you when there are long travel delays. There is no way around this incompetence and callous disrespect..
