The beef melted away and had just enough crunch to satisfy, and the plantain was firm and easy to eat. The filling of cabbage, beef, tomato, and ketchup was all chopped up together and there were probably 2 or 3 full fried eggs on top. It was messy, but it was a tasty mess. The cabbage was finely shredded and almost onion-like, and the beef and sauces were full of flavor. It may have been better with a little more beef, but the eggs rounded out the sandwich with a nice addition of extra protein.
