She confirmed a specific day and time -- but never showed up. We waited for hours with no updates. After many messages, she finally replied saying she would come the next day. Again, she didn't show, didn't answer calls, and completely ignored texts. She left us scrambling at the last minute with no backup and no explanation. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would never trust her again, especially for something as important as a move-out cleaning.

Molly Maid sent 2 lovely ladies to help with the situation. The estimation was 3 hours, but they finished the job in 2 hours. The work is really professional and amazing. They cleaned basically everything, and also helped to put things in organization. My apartment is so shinny now : ) The ladies are very polite and considerate while dealing with their jobs. They said they don't confirm appointments. I told them it's customary to call the day before and I reminded them that they were supposed to come out to give a quote 3 weeks prior, and didn't call to cancel in advance. I'd had to call them instead, 2 hours after they were supposed to be there. I wasn't compensated for my time then, but they expect me to pay a cancellation fee for an appointment they didn't bother to confirm.

She also gave us an exact estimate of the time it would take which was helpful. We did find some stuff in the sink after she left but I think she just may have forgotten to rinse it out.
