I needed a deep cleaning and Megan was masterful. Her numbing technique was seamless and she was careful and thorough. A few weeks later I went in for an assessment from Dr. Boisvert who laid out a program of necessary work ahead--a back tooth will have to come out, a crown needs replacement and another tooth needs a filling. I did "reach out to you." When you finally told me to come into the office again, you did not even take a few minutes to see me to assess the crown or offer any solutions - I only saw your assistant who took some scans. After I last "shared my concern," you simply ignored me until you saw the Yelp review. You never listened or "followed my preferences" at all. How can I trust that you even know how to resolve the problem, as you made no attempt to offer any solution whatsoever to do so before. Your only solution to adapt doesn't work. read more

What a gem! Dr. Boisvert and Maria were lovely and perfect in helping put my anxious mom at ease. This is the first time I've seen my mom happy after a dental appt. I have been seeing this dentist for 1 1/2 years. She is an absolute pro and a perfectionist and super personable. I have experienced ZERO pain--even the novacaine injections themselves have been totally seamless. She has been changing offices (she hopes to be in her permanent location in the coming months), and there has been a bit of dysfunctionality about that, but everything else works. I highly recommend her but am withholding one star due to her temporary space and additional move to come. read more
