    Beautiful sunset by the pond

Nice park to go for a walk or relax. There is a big duck pond and many ducks to chill with jk. The park also has two playgrounds for kids with shade over them to block some of the sun. There are restrooms near the duck pond and walking trail. Many places to setup for big group gatherings or benches to sit and watch the kids play.

Here 10/5/2025z .. BEWARE OF THE clowns, they had no kids, no woman with them and there was no party there to attend. They were holding yellow balloons with no string.. they waved at my kids to lure towards them... This park is sketchy with homeless people. Went fishing here also but there was no fished caught. Not sure if this pond gets filled with fish.

Me and my wife including our dogs came here to make a short video for our Instagram. The park is cleaner then some of the parks that are located in some better neighborhoods.

I love the variety of this park! It has everything one could want in a park, including a lake, expansive picnic areas, a rose garden, baseball fields, giant play area, history of Lorenzi and the land, and walking paths. The last time I came here they even had a Japanese Festival in the Cultural Pavilion area; fun! The surrounding area makes this park not located in the nicest of areas, but the park itself is great and expansive. The lake and the rose garden are my favorite draws of this park as they are both peaceful and provide a nice ambience for relaxing while getting your walk on. Plus, my dog likes the variety of scents and enjoys this walking path.

I would love to give 5 stars but I just can't because it's amazing and has so much to offer BUT homeless people, goose , trash and lack of playground maintenance is an issue. But the playground is awesome: western theme and very large with a fun water park. There's another playground on the other side of the park. Several parking areas. The lake is beautiful. Lots of grass. Many picnic areas. Just too much feces from all the birds here. Tennis fields that are busy with occupation. Overall fun place, comparable to sunset park.

There will always be a spot in my heart for Lorenzi Park. I was born and raised in Vegas and have such good memories about this park. I remember my Mom taking us there to fish and have picincs. I remember during Summer kids camp stopping here on field trip day to have our picnic lunch in the park. I remember countless birthday parties and playing tennis. I could go on and on but wont. I just can say that even though the neighborhood has sorta gone down hill from what it used to be I will never pass by it and not have tons of memories flood through my mind :)

An expansive park with a sizable lake where fishing is permitted with a proper license. The park offers shaded picnic areas and a decently sized parking lot.

Lorenzi park is big and has several great amenities. I particularly like the lake. Although it is small, it has a little island, which is accessible by a bridge. It is home to ducks and geese. The one downside of the birds is there is bird poop throughout the park. So, watch where you step. The park includes multiple playgrounds and grassy areas for children to play. There are also numerous shaded picnic tables, which are spread out. I like that design because it allows different groups to have parties in the park at the same time. The tennis and basketball are well maintained. There are multiple baseball fields, complete with surrounding fences and bleachers. All of the sporting venues have lights that turn on at night. I also like the solar panel covered parking because it keeps the vehicles cool and helps with electricity!

Park needs to be cleaned up. Duck shit is EVERYWHERE. It doesn't deteriorate at all. Been this way for years.

We walked our dogs around for less than an hour and they got infested with fleas. It was awful.

I have been following the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Tour for a couple years now…read moresince Dec 2023. Thank you to my dear work colleague and friend... you know who you are. Darling Tennis Center (DTC) was home for the 2024 PPA Rate Championships presented by Skechers and 2025 PPA Rate Vegas Cup presented by Holland America. I was at this center both years as a spectator for the pickleball tournaments. DTC has 23 beautiful tennis courts. Staff was friendly. They did an amazing job converting the tennis courts to pickleball courts for the events. I didn't get a chance to play on any of the courts. I hope to play on them one fine day. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Restroom facilities are available throughout. The center court is amazing. It has bleachers on the west and east sides. I got the opportunity to sit on both sides. The sun will shine and the shade will eventually come. I had to move a few times during the matches to avoid the sun at certain times of the day. Free parking is plenty. It is shared with the soccer fields. Sometimes soccer events do take place, hence, parking lot will get really packed. Do come early to snatch a close parking spot on championship days. Otherwise, you may have to walk a bit from parking lot to entrance. I have enjoyed my visits very much. It's always fun and exciting to watch pro players play the spectacular sport of pickleball. I look forward to coming back to DTC for future PPA tournaments in the years to come. Thank you DTC for hosting!
